  1. Just saw this video over on Yarnhub on YouTube, and I thought some people over here might enjoy it: It's a pretty incredible story, plus it's got a cool looking Camaro!
  2. Great looking F-Series, Graham. Very well done.
  3. I'm just thinking that Coca-Cola probably wouldn't have spring for the fancy wheels & the redline tires; but that's an easy fix. I think.
  4. Well, this is an interesting development. Wonder if it'll have Coca-Cola markings? Ok, just kidding! ?
  5. Nice figures. I think it's kind of interesting that the guy in the blazer looks quite Japanese in one photo, and quite Caucasian in another photo. Different heads in the set? I like the scooter, too.
  6. I do like Coca-Cola, and I usually prefer it in bottles (glass or plastic, I'm not too picky). I'm not a big fan of those touch screen machines, and I've nicked named them "Fruit-Loop Machines" as I don't think anything tastes like it's supposed to as you get the flavor of what was dispensed before you. Oh, well. Nothing is perfect, I guess. I did go the the Coca-Cola store in Las Vegas the last time I was out there, and my family & I sampled some Coca-Cola products from around the world. Some of them were pretty good, others were like "how could anyone drink that!" Different strokes for different folks, I guess. As far as Coca-Cola marketing with AMT, the only Coca-Cola kit I have purchased is the AMT 1977 Ford Econoline Coca-Cola Van. Is it accurate? Probably not, but I liked it; and I am a Coke fan.
  7. Happy Canada Day from south of the 49th Parallel, eh!
  8. I have the AMT Lowboy trailer, but I haven't built it yet. I also have the AMT Flatbed trailer. I don't have a Fruehauf model number for the for the flatbed, but the Load King lowboy is a FB34D (I think), with a 75T capacity.
  9. Nice work on the engine. Your work area looks quite relaxing.
  10. No, Tamiya TS-69 Deck Brown is flat. The good new is if you hit it with a couple of coats of Tamiya TS-13 Clear it'll gloss right up. I like the planned change to the 3408.
  11. Well, that's one way to put it! ?
  12. Philippe, if I remember correctly, I glued angle stock along the upper & lower seams on the side walls to give the floor & roof something to mount to. I had no plans on opening the trailer up, so that really helped stiffen up the box. If you want another challenge, try the AMT tank trailer.
  13. No problem. It happens.
  14. Well, that would work. Round2 will reissue the wide nose & you can cast up the narrow nose. Win-win!
  15. Thanks, HÃ¥kan; but that's not what I was looking for. I am looking for the Fruehauf & Wilson model numbers, not the AMT model numbers. It's good information, though.
  16. Yes, that table top does have the effect.
  17. I started this kit back in March, and I put the finial details on it today. It's not perfect, but it's done. I did learn that painting the "Goodyear" on the tires is easier with a toothpick than a 10/0 brush. I had quite a bit of fit issues with the kit, but I muddled through & got it done. The sponsor decals are not included on the AMT decal sheet (although they probably should be), and they came from the Revell 1969 dodge Charger R/T kit; while the "AMT" decal came from the AMT 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air kit (I think). Now I need the AMT Ford LN8000 Race Car Hauler to put it on. ?
