  1. Looks nice. It's just a little big rig. Heck, some posts their N-gauge (1/160) trucks on here.
  2. That's a pretty cool looking aircraft.
  3. Thanks, Sergey. In that shot, it's the GMC Astro/95, not the Chevrolet Titan/90; although I have built that one, too.
  4. Nicely done. I had a heck of a time with the C-cab on this kit.
  5. Fantastic work. Great scratch building & weathering. Very well done.
  6. This is the Revell USA Snap Peterbilt with the AMT Van Trailer. The only thing I had to do was make the hole in the fifth wheel on the Revell Peterbilt a little bigger to fit the AMT kingpin.
  7. While I agree with you that just about anything new (not a reissue) would be nice on the Class 8 truck world, I'm wondering what the return on investment really is. If it's too low, then no company will do it. Moebius should have the "copyrights" for the International trucks, & Great Dane trailers so maybe we'll see another International or Great Dane; but I find that unlikely.
  8. Nice start. Ford Blue works. Here is the engine in my Ford LN8000 in Ford Blue (ok, actually it's French Blue because that's what I had).
  9. The AMT trailers aren't fantastic, but they would work with the Revell Freightliner; although they are 1970s vintage. I have built several of the AMT trailer kits, and I will say that the AMT tank trailer is a difficult kit. Revell does make a container trailer, but the frame is a European frame; so it would take some work to make it look like a US frame. I have not built a Moebius trailer yet, but I have heard good things about them.
  10. Very nicely done. That's a great looking Pete.
  11. Looks really nice; very well done. Hope to see it in Fulton. I've seen his trucks running through Chittenango before, although it's usually the Aerodyne.
  12. It's only been almost 4 years. That is a quickie build!
  13. Wonder if the Autocar will have Coca-Cola livery. It would be pretty ridiculous if it did.
  14. Were all Loadstars gas powered? I'm not that familiar with them? Would this truck be a competitor to the Ford L-Series?
  15. Thanks, Brian. Having issues with Testors Model Masters Turn Signal Amber. It's really thin & yellow-ish; and just doesn't look right.
  16. Interesting. Didn't get the Autocar tractor the last few times around. Maybe I'll pick one up this time.
  17. Excellent looking Loadstar, Charlie.
  18. You know what I mean. The TSA should be orange-ish (amber, if you will), but this is sparkly yellow. Not even close to amber. As I stated in my original post, the new TSA is lifting & mixing with the base coat of paint; but an orange base coat might just solve the issue. I'll give that a try (off the model) as well.
  19. Thanks for the info, guys. I'll keep looking for the orange. Art, that just might work; but I'll try it off the model first!
  20. I recently had to pick up a new bottle of Testors Turn Signal Amber, and I must say that it is very disappointing! First of all, it's very yellow & pale compared to the old bottle that I had. And second, it lifts up & mixes with the base silver that I had put down first. Has anyone else seen this with the Turn Signal Amber?
  21. Nicely done, and very thoughtful of you.
  22. Looks really nice. Well done.
  23. Thanks, Dave. I's definitely not a contest winner, but I like how it's coming together.
  24. I think I'm closing in on done. Maybe.
  25. Never seen this before! I'll have to keep an eye out for that. I will day that I usually only get one use out of Testors Gloss Black spray can. Once I go back for the second coat, the nozzle is so clogged that the can is useless. Needless to say, I don't use Testors Gloss Black any more.
