  1. I need to pick the rest of my oranges before it rains this weekend. I might have to put on long pants. (Ducks behind a wall of unbuilt kits) Seriously, I have experienced 0°F a few times up at Tahoe, but couldn't comprehend what you are going through. Please be safe!
  2. Read the directions.
  3. I have friends who have a Model 3. The latest OTA contain an Emissions Testing Mode. You can drag the whoopie cushion to whichever seating position you wish.
  4. I browned it in a skillet and finished in in the oven. I normally cook it on the grill. Patio has standing water and wet nasty leaves from the last storm right now, so I didn't want to deal with that. It came out OK! There are enough Muslims in the area (can I say that on here?) that many of the markets carry awesome cuts of Halal lamb. Chops on the grill are awesome as well!
  5. Ground lamb on a pita with tzatziki, salad, and a semi-local IPA that benefits Camp Fire victims up north. https://sierranevada.com/resilience-butte-county-proud-ipa
  6. dissolves in Scotch
  7. Chili, cornbread, and a local (50 miles) IPA.
  8. I bought some 1:1 Calypso Coral for a Mustang around the same time I was working on a Challenger in Testors Hemi Orange. Other than the metallic-ish finish of the Testors, the shade is almost exact. I will try to get some pics.
  9. I have the promo, an in process GT/GTA kit, and an unstarted 427 kit. I just need to dig them out and look at them.
  10. Stumbled across a recipe for "pesto" that uses an avocado . EVOO, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cilantro, basil, parmesan, and an avocado in the food processor. It was amazing, very creamy!
  11. cropdusting the office
  12. I have been following Paul on eBay hoping that he will start selling the Ford wagon kits. No luck on that yet, but he has had both the Imperial and '59 Chevy wagon listed from time-to time.
  13. Old spaghetti western?
  14. My house originally had a wood shake roof. They would get up there and peck and it would sound like someone at the door. Haven't had that issue since we have had the concrete tile "shakes" installed though.
  15. Controllers are furloughed
  16. I wonder about the future of Buick cars. They have already pulled the plug on the LaCrosse. The Regal and Cascada are Opels and don't look like they have much future either. They have already announced that the Cascada won't be replaced with a new model. I have heard that the Regals are very nice cars, but they seem to be failing to attract an audience. I know a few Dart owners, and they are all sorry they bought them. FCA dealer service around here is pretty awful as well. Resale value is nonexistent as well.
  17. BOP transmission crossmembers are different than Chevrolet. Maybe the separate crossmember is further evidence that we might see some non-Chevrolet A bodies in the future?
