I built the 67 AMT and 68 Revell ki and both are great kits. The Revell 66 is so much better kit then the AMt MPC 67 kit. The 67 kit has most of the interior detail that’s very hard to see especially the door panels from old tooling.. -

I agree with your frustration. BMF before was hard to remove or leavening glue residue behind. Now the new stuff don’t stick. I have seen pull paint off before and model paint. Hang in there Gerald don’t let it beat you!
