My neighbor drove a truck local West TN 64 years old was going to have knee surgery and retire. He was driving very close in near by town truck pull in front of him , he hit the front fender my neighbor went down an embankment and burned to death. The pick up didn’t see him or tried to beat him. His wife is a widow living alone now..
