  1. So.. I'll digress..
  2. Ok then...I based my statement on the fact I had to search out a couple of mine, and at top of the ....my content page ....it states this....
  3. If there is no activity for l believe 365 days, it goes .. incognito...but not gone
  4. If the casement windows have removable screens, cut a piece of plywood to fit the opening. Using same or thinner material can be held in by the retainers for the screen. Add an appropriate hose connector to the ply.

  5. Looking for first, tires and wheels. Any misc. parts also of interest. From this kit...
  6. Decided to finish the wheel package. This shows my progression of choices...
  7. It appears to be a 1965 color for GM...so it can be made available.
  8. No, you didn't miss the color choice...I just never thought about listing it. The interior is MCW Gunmetal Metallic Interior..semi gl. lacquer. The body is Model Master Artesian Turquoise Metallic (4628L) 1965.
  9. Funny.... I'm actually contemplating doing that. I have a small piece of stock I'm going to try making a cutter for my lathe to remove them to flush or slightly deeper, then either redrill the rims or make a round insert with the lugs. Didn't think about using the hex beads though! Good idea!
  10. About the same time I got the bodies grafted together, 3d files started appearing. Thanks for your comments!
  11. Masking tape cut to width, narrow cloth type ribbon??
  12. New update....both bumpers painted. Hood in background has been done for a bit, ready for wet sand.
  13. Somehow I thought I posted pics of the rear bumper...guess not! So...
  14. From Sharon PA show...2 61 Corvair Lakewood Wagon resins, 64-65 crew cab resin , and a Black Beauty!
  15. Thanks. I actually have a couple different sets of his 5 slot wheels, which of course are awesome, but I'm going for a bit more modern on this one. I'm thinking of Bronco and Ford pickup projects for those!
  16. I believe this is a Tamiya paint stir. I use both ends for application and shaping. When using body glazing, I can also dip it into lacquer thinner and continue shaping a little bit when it starts to set.
  17. Thanks for all the compliments, I know it has some flaws, but I've learned a lot along the way. These are the tire/wheel choices I narrowed it down to. The resin on the left equal to 42"... they'll work, but it's really tall. I'm prepping the other two sets for comparison, just realized the slotted wheels are only 5 lug... figuring how to remedy that...as I have two more sets.
  18. Definitely off, it gives better detail of the hood/fender gaps.
  19. All windows are in, as well as interior tub. Back hatch is not glued shut, but tight enough fit I don't want to try to open it. Going to test fit the chassis next and choose tires. I think this is going to end up taller than I expected or wanted. Engine bay is going to have a mold made of it before I slightly modify one to accommodate the headers.
