  1. That's actually the parts from Monogram's "Paddy Wagon", a Tom Daniel design kit, and it was done in 1/24, more or less as was Monogram's way. Besides the name, it has nothing in common with the 1/25 MPC Paddy Wagon being built here. The name causes confusion, as almost everyone knows the TD kit, but the MPC is rarely seen.
  2. semi axles = spindles Your build is coming along nicely. I like the scratch-built tubular A-arms. I'll be following along!
  3. I really like your color choices on this, both inside and out. Interior has a "genuine leather" look to it. That dark red/burgundy is just NICE! What paint/color did you use? Cool build. Love this body style, makes me miss my '64 Falcon.
  4. Green is pretty, for sure, but there's nothing wrong with that yellow; that is a sharp Aventador. Very clean build, and sits just right. Excellent job.
  5. Outstanding color choices add so much to the attitude of these rides! Both are simply perfect hot rods. Well done.
  6. Great looking build, and your color mix worked out especially nice. I've got a couple or three of these in the stash, purchased mostly for their underpinnings, but it does build up very nice on its own as you've proven. Very popular body style, Lindberg, Revell, and AMT all offered some variant. There was an excellent comparison build-up of all three in the now-defunct-other-magazine. I believe it is possible, by mixing and matching, to build every possible version of this truck: short, long, wide, step-side, 2WD, 4WD, etc. As always, nice photography work here, too! Well done.
  7. Fantastic build with a keen eye to detail. The finish is just beautiful. That Tamiya pearl green is becoming a favorite of mine, as I've seen so many models on here that it looks SO right on!
  8. NICE! I love the appearance of the blue interior. What paint/color did you actually use?
  9. Very cool build, and the color is just beautiful.
  10. Very good use of the old Monogram kit; the finished product belies its humble origins. Well done.
  11. Hadn't seen this one before, that is some exemplary weathering and scratch-building there. Is there a thread associated with that project?
  12. Nice! Cool and fun project, this with the truck. Well done.
  13. Beautiful. Love the engineering and imagination.
  14. Hilarious! Is that a rudder up FRONT? Don't make any sudden adjustments! Fun stuff, and well done.
  15. Not bad at all! You captured the feel of that Suyata kit just fine. Fun stuff, and well done.
  16. What a gem! Love the color and the build overall, and that chrome paint looks very nice. I may have to look into Zero paints; your results are impressive. Very well done.
  17. Looking snazzy! Glad to see this one continued. DIGGING that color.
  18. Great use of a '48 Ford! Chopped top combined with high stance makes for a seriously cool racer. With that styling combo, it sorta has a Tom Daniel "Badman" vibe!
  19. Looks right-on! Well done.
  20. Good save! A very fun and clever use of the sedan delivery. I love that shade of white, too.

    Mud Trap

Very nicely executed diorama. The surface variations are absolutely convincing. Well done.
  22. Good save on the tail pods, it seems more proper for a Batmobile anyway. I think body color would look acceptable, too, and may try that when I get around to mine. You're about ready to button this one up, it would appear. Very nice work so far on a fun kit.
  23. Color looks NICE!
