  1. That engine is a display piece on its own! Nicely done.
  2. Very nice finishing work on this.
  3. What a great looking cab!
  4. Very nicely done! Cool rod all around.
  5. So cool! I love the simplicity of the style here; it's all about the chop. Great color, steelies and dog dishes on solid blackwalls, touches of chrome... it's perfect!
  6. Nice looking rides! I really like your color choices; as much as I love a good red on a car, I have to say that golden yellow is beautiful! Fun stuff!
  7. Good lookin' street rod Love that blue! Well done.
  8. Engine's looking nice! What green paint did you use?
  9. Much more suited to the body, overall more thoughtful design I think. Your engine is looking the part!
  10. Lights are a real nice touch, and definitely help show off the interior details. Very cool, and not over-done and too bright like a lot of LED add-ons tend to be.
  11. Cleanly built B-17, very nicely done. I would be tempted to display at least one done as a cut-away, all that interior detail is just too cool! Love these birds.
  12. Fantastic build with a great degree of realism. Very well done.
  13. I figure from the door side trim it's the classic AMT kit. Thanks for the paint info! Looking forward to this one.
  14. It still amazes me that this is a 1953 automobile. Compare this to the '53 Ford or '53 Bel-Air body styles! Incredible styling.
  15. I like the potential in the custom front end pieces, but not for the Pontiac body here! I agree that it just doesn't work for this car, but I can see it working elsewhere.
  16. Very cool to see the expanded decal sheet with stock emblems and gauge faces. Those whitewall tires look pretty nice, as well. Thank you for the info and pics!
  17. Looking nice, especially like the realism of your exhaust finishes.
  18. One of my favorite kits, it just does a lot right. The body looks spot-on, and is crisply molded, and there's a load of well-done custom parts and extras. Also, it's a sharp body style automobile! Glad to see it coming around again.
  19. Beautiful builds each and every one. The Dodge engine is a standout to me, everything just looks scale-correct. The red paint on the Comet is gorgeous! VERY well done.
  20. Very nice; really captures the look.
  21. Very good looking build of this one! I've got one started, and have found the Revell Thunderbolt to be a very accurate donor chassis. In addition to removing trim and filling 'chute depression on rear, I also did a bit of filing/sanding on the body line contours at the front of the fenders. It looks to me that the tooling has been polished a few too many times and has softened some contours that should be a bit more angular. Also, the AMT body seems to be "altered" a little too much. I cut my rear wheel openings out and moved them back about 1/4 inch or so (I'd have to dig it out of the "stalled" pile to see for sure just how much) Compare photos of the real car, and look how close AMT wheel opening comes to the door opening versus the Warbucks car. Still makes for an impressive display when done as cleanly and carefully as your build. Nicely done.
  22. Wicked!
  23. That is one elegant land barge! There's something about a full size car with buckets and a console that looks so RIGHT! Nice job.
