Out of three stores in my town I've only been in one, nothing there. We also have a good LHS, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby. Walmart's selection isn't going to have an effect on what is already here, if they carry them that is.

When my Grandmother bought me my first model, then in the early 80's discovering Scale Auto, and realizing I wasn't the only kid that grew up and still kept building. And then a couple of years ago discovering this forum. Those are a few of the highlights for me. Paul

Very nice, the small scale models are quite challenging and fun to build.

I've always liked the stock Fiero, so I ask myself when I saw this thread, how can you possibly make it better? But WOW , this thing is so cool. Nice job, very well done.

I like the more obscure subjects. This one is right up my alley, I like it a lot.

Bill, I've been watching this from the beginning. And every post continues to amaze me. I saw the engine at the show in Omaha last Oct and was truly impressed. I will be looking forward to seeing the finished build. I'm sure it will be impressive.

I agree, don't let this go. This will destroy her property. the one thing they don't want is bad publicity.

The new Great Dane trailer would also work for a starter kit. The rib pattern isn't exactly the same to replicate a Wilson, but it would work for a Tempte. I'm not familiar with the brand that is depicted in your picture, I noticed that the ribs are vertical not horizontal, like the box van kits that are available. Hope this helps some.

I've seen the same at some of the shows in our area. They bring as many friends as they can so they can "stuff the ballot box". I would just as soon win honestly or not at all. Let the trophy whores do what they do, I'll continue to build what I like and go to the shows that are run well, by people who run as fair a show as they can. If I win , that's great, if not, I still like the experience.

Awesome remake of a diecast. I'm definitely impressed.
