  1. Testors wasn't in the business if tooling their own kits, were they? Theoretically this is a rebox of someone else's kit?
  2. Neat! I've never heard of that vendor or that engine!
  3. The cab, hood, and engines are from GM. Navistar does everything else. The only engine option is the 6.6L Duramax.
  4. If anyone knows anything about this, you're my first guess. ?
  5. Revell also had a smaller, single axle trailer that was much better suited for two motorcycles. Was found in the Rough Rider Datsun set, Ridge Runner Courier set, Husky Hauler van set, among others. It must have been damaged by the time the Chevy 4x4 set came out. It would have been a much better fit for the Wave Rider.
  6. I tried the swap and couldn't figure out why the hood wasn't closing... ??‍♂️
  7. Paging Mr. Boyd. Tim Boyd to the courtesy phone, please... ?
  8. So much want! Here's a better picture.
  9. The Falcon 6 is the correct engine for the Revell Early Bronco. The Moebius engine is the Truck Six and is bigger and doesn't fit in the Bronco.
  10. As expected, the Miller High Life GMC Astro is an 'adult collectible'....
  11. Exact same box contents as the molded in silver Blazers I have, as expected. Thanks, Casey!
  12. Fireball has a set of SSIII wheels, would they work? http://www.fireballmodels.info/images/FMR-151 lg.JPG
  13. Also keep in mind the MPC Blazer is a 73-74 with the full length removable roof. The Monogram kit has the 75-91 half roof.
  14. I just picked one up at a hobby shop. $44.99
  15. ^This is exactly the reason why Salvinos JR has right on the box "18 years and older"
  16. I'm not sure which ones came in which kits as I've acquired them over the years as loose parts. I used the van caps on a '69 Blazer, didn't look too bad. ??
  17. Those centre caps are in the AMT van kits. The early pickup kits also had a different wheel cover:
  18. The Italeri trailers are both not long enough (40 foot) nor tall enough (12'6") for a modern trailer. The only thing available for 1:24 that's close to what's on the road are the tankers and containers.
  19. It is a rebox of an Italeri kit, same as the Pete 389 and Freightliner FLC.
  20. Given the description of 'Ford Monster Truck' it's probably a reissue of this one.
  21. I imagine we'll see the stock version and maybe this one? Would be great to have all the grilles available.
