  1. Had this for lunch today.... Some good roast beef on a toasted hamburger bun with real bacon bits, fried onion, and barbecue sauce, with some french onion Sun Chips..... Pretty tasty and semi-healthy!
  2. There's a company that makes kits to mount a 5 cylinder turbo Volvo engine in the P1800......... To me that would be the ultimate "canyon carver"!
  3. That's really good! Who won, the Harrier or the Dragon? I've done some color on this.... Still have some more drawing to do.... Here's one I did of my dog, Callie, some time back..........
  4. I've been looking at a lot of art on Instagram and got inspired to doodle some....... It's just a small drawing in an art pad..... You guys ever just sketch about or do any drawings?
  5. You can get this link to work, you just have to edit the post. I have to do it every time I post a link...... Just open to edit, click after the link putting the cursor after it, then hit "enter"..... It won't move the link, but it will turn it blue, making it work..... Hope this helps...
  6. by topless women (Monty Python reference.......)
  7. Can you set up the update function to where you can install them manually? Then you can pick and choose what updates you get. I still have Win7 but I had it where when updates came in I could opt out of the "recommended" updates.....
  8. The most Epic post ever! I've been here since 2012, but I'm only easing up on 2,800 posts..... don't know if that's good or bad?
  9. Working on a 1/16 Trans Am, making some valve cover gaskets for it! They are made from the cardboard backing from a small legal pad........
  10. Have you guys noticed this, or ever gave it much thought? In scaling down an automotive kit, it goes by a factor of 8. 1:1.... 1:8.... 1:16.... 1:24.... 1:32.... I'm wondering if this is intentional on the part of the kit makers?
  11. I would LOVE to see some sweptline trucks done. They could do the Custom Sport Special, the "Dude", they already have a utility box to pair with an old Dodge...... They have the mopar engines from the Satellite and those similar kits to put in the CSS.....
  12. Thanks for all the responses, guys.... I've ordered the 1/16 Firebird so I can see how a large scale kit builds. It will be my first, then I'll order the Thunderbird next...... The plan is to use the aluminum slots on the T/A and find something custom for the T-Bird. 3Dscaleparts does have some nice stuff, I'll probably try to get some wheels from them.......
