  1. These are both wierd and wonderfully creative. Well done.
  2. It shouldn't be fragile. Afterall, its a Jeep, right?
  3. This is friggen fabulous.
  4. Looks pretty close to done Art. Lets see the home stretch push.
  5. These look excellent. I would love to see your work in progress photos if any exist. Well done. Eric
  6. One of the most difficult (actually THE most difficult) parts of my buildup of my '26 Runabout was the top. Part of the way through my completion of fitting the top it hit me that if I was going to have a complete set of the Improved Fords, I would need to do the entire job of fitting the top to the model a second time, as the Roadster Pickup has the exact same top. I finally have that second top the way I want it. I believe I will finally be able to move progress ahead a little faster now. The next sort of tedious job will be making improvements on the wheels, all 15 of them! I am also altering some things on the hoods of all three cars so they fit better. I still have a goal of having all 6 cars done in time to meet a magazine publication deadline looming in mid-December.
  7. Very nice. Can you tell us a bit about the background diorama, which i like a lot as well.
  8. Fabulous. Absolutely terrific paint. This is a very nicely done set.
  9. This is impressive. I too look forward to seeing the progress on this one.
  10. Thesr are beautifully built and very nicely photographed. Your paint work is excellent as well. Great work. I'll look forward to seeing the others.
  11. This is absolutely spectacular. I wish i had half the model building skill you have in one finger.
  12. Thia is a very high compliment. Thank you!
  13. It was a rough summer but I just got some paint on everything. I am under deadline for the Times so these will have to get done soon. None will be prize winners, just something nice to have on my shelf. I have decided I do not like the Emerald Green on the wheels of the coupe. The pickup will get red wheels and the tudor will get black wheels. Thanks for looking.
  14. This is very interesting. You might consider the Lincoln Roadster variant as it might also help you with the lower portion of tne body in addition to the chassis. I will be watching your progress with interest.
  15. Excellent. Just the way I'd want one in 1:1 scale.
  16. I too am from Kalamazoo. My grandparents bought a 67 Sedan new and my dad was the vice president of the national Checker Clu b. They are great cars especially when equipped with the 327. I built a resin sedan once. Yours looks much cleaner than mine did. Well done.
  17. This is really cool. I look forward to seeing your progress.
  18. This is going to be stunning.
  19. Yup, no doubt they are expensive but when you see them in the flesh they are pretty amazing. That comment is true of every product from Automodello I have ever seen.
  20. And here is a quick photo.
  21. 1965 Riviera model review with EM Edits.docx
  22. Oh, this is excellent. I too echo the sentiment that this just looks "right" built factory stock. You inspire me to get going on mine. Well done.
  23. When I saw t he first photos i thought where's he going with this lump? Then i saw the finished product. Mind blowing. I am most impressed.
  24. Very nicely done. I too like all your under-the-hood details. I like t hem stock as well. It's hard to improve on the lines Ford drew themselves.
  25. I agree with your approach 100%. I was simply curious if there was more magic behind the curtain! I also agree that you can only do just so much to make an old ladder frame with leaf springs look interesting. The whole point of an Auburn Speedster is the body anyway. Again, fabulous work.
