  1. This was just posted on a facebook board I belong to
  2. Not today, but in the past week. 1969 Mustang , 1970 Cougar , both looked like a mild pro touring style drivers ( both sounded wicked I might add ) Same day, In the mall parking lot near where my daughter works , a REALLY nice 61 or 62 T bird with the sports roadsters fairing on it and this car was NICE Yesterday was pretty decent looking bright yellow Karmin Ghia hardtop ( no idea what year it was )
  3. Those cheap aluminum cake pans at the dollar store might work as well. It'll be a lighter gauge than a pop can
  4. Nice one, I have a convertible to do one day. if I ever find stock tail light lenses
  5. Why not a Hemi AAR . I built a 1/1 scale version for a client a couple years ago . AND it has A/C
  6. nope if its cheap I might grab one as a part kit. otherwise no interest
  7. agreed 100% that Hearse thing no thanks
  8. I went thru my magazines and don't have that issue I do have one after it became the Mr Nrom car though if that would help
  9. To cool. Killer idea
  10. now theres a good idea for an enterprising decal maker.. I'll take a set in Buffalo Trace livery please.
  11. I'm not a Vette can in any way. But I've built one of those streaker Vette kits many many years ago. Now that it's reissued. I might have to try one again. I've always thought the 63 to 67 versions were the best of the lot.
  12. If they made it exactly like that pictured shows, with everything included . I'll pay that for it
  13. Having used to own a 1986 Suzuki GSXR750 It was a blast to ride.....but these youngsters today have knads of steel to ride at those speeds and conditions
  14. PS, B5 wasn't a color avail in 1968 . Thats a 1969 and 1970 color - coded EB5 , 1971 it became GB5 and is just a touch darker than previous years For 1968 Roadrunner the Blues were . EE1 , QQ1 and UU1. QQ1 is the closest to B5 but Q1 has a tad brighter brilliance to it. To answer the OP, the best bet is with the smaller companies making paints specifically for model car use. Scale Finishes is enamel. MCW is a lacquer
  15. Just my opinion But If I paid for 6 issues a year. And I assume that means all 6 within a 12 month span beginning from the start date of subscription,,,. I except said issues. I seem to remember reading a while back capitol was needed to continue, basically telling me money from new subscribers was going to pay for old back ordered issues. Sorry, and I mean no ill towards the owner, but that's a recipe for disaster from the word go.
  16. MCW. Keep in mind there was 3 different blues avail then
  17. I ckd. Sorry....but don't have an extra. Never had the modelhaus stuff
  18. Looks like the Micheals near me carries it. Looking at the colors avail I'm going to have to ck this out.
  19. Im guessing black . Ive never seen a white dash from an oem
  20. A face only a mother would love . One of my favorite Mopars in the 1/1 world ( Ive had 4 of them ) And have always liked this car in Yellow. Buddy of mine used to own a Lemon Twist yellow 1970 Bee, 440 sixpack auto
  21. I stand corrected. I wasnt 100% sure when the HUG versus the Funnycar issue related to each other time frame wise (meaning which one came 1st )
  22. this may be true. But it was boxed and marketed from the beginning as Hemi Under Glass
