That is neat. I've got a trailer mounted generator at work, obviously a little bit of difference between a welder and a generator but you got the look right.

What did you use for the cables? They are very convincing.

I have GOT to ask.. what was the size "C" channel you used for the frame? I'm going to be doing something similar and would like a little guidance on the frame and how you went about doing it.....NOT the frame that is below the welder but the trailer frame is what I'm seeking here.....

As I'm building a different trailer then to haul a welder, BUT something else. HOWEVER on top of that I'll be building a welder too for a whole other build to affix it to a Utility bed!

Thanks for all the positive comments, guys

To answer the questions I saw...

The welding cables are a tiny resin-core solder that I've had so long I don't remember what kind or size it is... or where I got it. :D

The C-channel for the frame and the trailer are actually modified H-column beams. I used this just because I had it on hand and for the added depth over ordinary channel. If I have any left on the workbench, I'll update this later with the sizes

Thanks again for the feedback
