Rocking Rodney Rat
I built this about 20 year ago or so. The cab is the Lindbergh '34 kit with a scale 3" chop, the 'bed' is cut down from a late '50s era Ford (I forget which kit now). Motorvation is supplied by a Revell Part Pack Caddy mill. Wheels and tires from the Ala Kart kit. Paint is buffed out Testors Titanium Metallizer.... -RRR
Modelbuilder Mark
Very Cool. I think it all works together very nicely m
Mr. Metallic
Very cool buildWish Round2 would release those wheels and tires as a parts pack. I don't remember what the parts breakdown is in the kit if that would be workable, but at least the tires could make a great parts pack
Spex84
I've always loved this truck; thanks for the pics! Back end looks like AMT '57 Ford. I love the way it wraps around the cab at the corners.I second the idea of an Ala Kart wheel/tire parts pack. I don't have much use for anything else in that kit, but the rolling stock is fantastic for making 60s-style hot rods.
Againmikewins
I normally don't follow the "custom" builds, as their not my preference. But I'm certainly glad I looked at this one. I love the '57 bed. I thought it looked like a '57 T-bird rear end, but I'm not sure. Great job!

misterNNL
I normally don't care for this style but yours is well done and not an over the top attempt at something different. I did not realize those metallizer paints were available 20 years ago.
