Yea wow,I never realized either. Thanks for the pics. They actually make pretty cool pro street cars.I remember these two pro street cars when I was younger. The Beretta was my favorite. We have got to bring back more Pro street cars. And back off on the resto-mods.Just my opinion.

Weird? Hells no, I like it a lot, right down to the color. Only thing I'd do to it is put black Torq-Thrusts on it.

Speaking about Fieros, I remember a few years ago that several Fiero owners were putting Cadillac North Star engines in the stock location. May not be as impressive as a Pro Street Machine, but I think it would be fast and practical at the same time.

I like that Rampage. Always thought it might be cool to put a Capri RS front clip on and then incorporate the slightly IMSA style

rear quarter panels. My thinking was they do share some cassis bits? maybe not.

here are a couple,

I kinda like the anglia,

I couldn't figure out what that body was. That is an Anglia I'm not familiar with.

But just the kind of thing I would attempt to build :D

Is the body narrowed on that Anglia, or were they really THAT narrow?

The weirdest car, ever!SP14_r264_0011.jpg

I'm just gonna have to slap you! ^_^  When my (at the time) wife said we needed a bigger car, and suggested a minivan, I gagged.  I thought a classic station wagon would be tolerable, found one, in an ugly Earl Shibe bronze, repainted, engine rebuilt.  It was okay, but got tired of hearing "nice Nomad".  Washing it, especially the fins, was like mowing an acre.  My dad's father also owned a '57 Handyman wagon, traded for a '72 "Chevy" LUV (POS) before he died which I inherited after High School.  The '59 Cadillac tops this for weird.

The Rampage is a Chrysler product. Capri is a Ford. I don't think they share anything. Never seen an Anglia done up this way. Different.

Very late '60s, or very early '70s.
