Here is my take on the Manx:

They look to me like the custom headlights from the 70 Impala.

You are absolutely correct, Patrick! I painted one side of each lens clear red and the other side clear yellow.

You win, but...wuddin ya noe it? I'm all outta prizes!!

Here is the method I used for the paint:

The basecoat is TESTORS One Coat Lacquer White Lightning.

Used to use that technique back in the 60s & 70s on 1:1 cars using plastic lace table cloths!

An interesting paint scheme and just what was needed to take this build out of the ordinary. Your masking technique is simple but I know that I would never have thought of it. Well done!
