Zoom Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 It was a nightmare to “foil”. Panel lines were not very sharp. Paint is Vallejo vermillion, flat. Had to be handled carefully before the clear. The hood is glued shut. I always have problem with the openable hoods. Anyway I think it is a nice car.
Snake45 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Super-clean build, what's not to like? Well done and model on!
W-409 Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Very nice and clean build from a great looking car! This is one of those kits that I've been trying to find, but they always seem to go way over my budget range... Anyway, yours is very nicely done. The paint job looks very smooth and despite having small difficulties with BMF, the chrome trim looks terrific. Overall very nice and clean work. Good to see these rare kits being built!
Intmd8r Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Nice! I went to school with a guy who had the 1:1, though his has more rust lol.
StevenGuthmiller Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 You did a wonderful job! The color is nice and the foil job looks top notch! Very clean overall. Steve
Jim N Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Great job! The paint looks great and the foil pops.

peekay Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 That is very nice! Just love seeing the old Johans done well.
Roadrunnertwice Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 Lovely, clean build of a distinctive car.
GaryR Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 COOL WORK! I dig these weird MoPars! Nice job!!!!!!!!!
Bainford Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 Very nice work on the old Dodge. Clean and tidy. You did that old kit justice. Well done.
bbowser Posted January 18, 2019 Posted January 18, 2019 Very nicely done, thanks for sharing. My buddies and I in high school all learned to drive in one of these, the oldest kid in our class had a 4-door beater. Slant six, push button auto. We tried our best but we couldn't kill it!
