Rich Chernosky Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 66 Batmobile is very cool. How did you replicate those flourescent red stripes. The other Batmobile isd great too. I see you like movie and TV cars. Nice to see.

I'm about to attempt the same build and would love to know.

espo Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 Beautiful looking builds. I like the unusual colors on the '62 Corvette.
Hmann68 Posted December 29, 2019 Posted December 29, 2019 Beautiful builds! The 68 Vette grabs my eyes. Built that kit a few years ago and loved it. Yours looks great ?
Brutalform Posted December 29, 2019 Posted December 29, 2019 Some of the neatest and cleanest builds I’ve seen. Great work.
donb Posted December 29, 2019 Posted December 29, 2019 All are nice, but that 62 Vette, phew that is super sharp!

This one is the Snap Together version that came pre-painted with the stripes already on, so I can't take credit for any of the body paint work. I did do a lot of detail painting and added the BMF on the window trim and door panels. The kit itself has both the Snap version and the full on glue version, but I only build the Snap version so far. In hindsight, I should have bought the version with the figures since this one does not include them, but my mind just couldn't get past getting the 2 kit version for the same price. Here's a pic of the box, I bought it at Hobbylinc.com.

I really wanted the "deluxe" kit with photo etch... but that was extremely hard to find and at insane prices. I'm gonna try and paint my stripes... we will see how it goes.

I'm sure it will turn out just fine. I've seen a few of them where the builder said it was easier painting the stripes on than applying the decals.
