I recorded that film in the 80's on VHS, I still have it, and the beginning starts off with him backing out of his driveway as he's listening to the radio, it slowly progresses through the city then to where I see it start on the upload in the link.

Starring James Fox and based on Frederick Forsythe's novel about a professional British assassin hired to kill President De Gaulle. it really kept to the book storyline and was an excellent movie! There was another movie named 'Jackal' I think, that was loosely (and I mean loosely) based on the plot but in a different era. Americanised, and starring Bruce Willis. Unfortunately. many will have only seen this version and not the original.

The '72 is distinguishable from the 1970-come-1971 model : - Newly-designed side marker lamps - Fixed radio antenna - Bright door edge guards - Different shoulder restraints The cars all had 1971-only , Plymouth-only Deluxe Wheel Covers ; and all were 'Rallye Red' (likely painted post-facto , as red sedans were unusual during that era) .

Lizard Racing Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 There are a LOT of tremendous movies listed. My all-time favouritest movie is Mr. Roberts with Henry Fonda and James Cagney. I have all the parts memorized, seen the movie dozens of times, saw the live play and acted in parts of it myself. As to car racing movies I think Rush is probably the best overall (another Ron Howard classic). Le Mans is the best racing movie (made by a racer for racers). Grand Prix brought the genre out of the B-movie world.

Anything with Al Pacino or Robert DeNiro Heat Kill Bill one,and two. Reservoir Dogs Jackie Brown Scarface A friend of mine painted this black and white picture of Michael Corleone. Yes it was the Day of the Jackal from 1973 and yes it was Edward Fox His daughter Amelia plays a lead role in a UK TV series named 'Silent Witness' where she plays the part of Dr. Alexander, a Home Office Pathologist. Thanks for pointing out my errors. The original DOTJ is a brilliant film. I take it you have watched it.

Mickey Rourke plays a private investigator, Lisa Bonet a voodoo priestess, and Robert DeNiro the devil. It's kind of a weird psychological horror flick. I wasn't impressed personally. Steve
