tiking Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Although, I’m still working on this diorama, it is 99% complete. Adding a little more details and weathering to certain parts and areas, will bring it to a close. The previous diorama, version one, is no more.

DrKerry Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 As always amazing jaw dropping workmanship!!!!!!
Anglia105E Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Excellent work on those figures, Charles....... and your distinctive trademark style with the rusted pickup also. How do you get so much going on, with this amount of detail and in such a small space? With me, I seem to need a really large diorama, in terms of actual surface area. David

I guess its all about composition and detail placement within a certain amount of space given. Since I do not have a large amount of space, I have to resort to re-thinking my next builds all the time. Firguring out what to put where is a trial and error procedure for me. I have moved things around many times over, and replaced the same thing several times over just to make sure I wouldn't regret the placement of it. and its all about balance and blending of color interaction. Like the red van door and blue barrel. I had to throw in some color just to break up the monotony of the surroundings. I guess, its all up to the artist himself/herself.
