hct728(Bob) Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 Lots of creativity there! Nice patina on that too! Very realistic and then again, maybe not so…LOL!
Steve H Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 Great looking build Al. I love that you paid homage to Chuck, and built it in his style. He does great work, and you have done a nice job on the patina. I always particularly enjoy builds with a little back story… Cheers, Steve
vincen47 Posted November 5, 2021 Posted November 5, 2021 That’s great. He has a style of his own, for sure. Nice work. We should have a forum category on here called Chuck Most.
leafsprings Posted November 7, 2021 Posted November 7, 2021 (edited) Looks great, glad you sanded off that eye sore cab molding. Looks like a surplus ex Navy truck, the government bought a lot of those base model Flaresides in the 60's. Edited November 8, 2021 by leafsprings
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 The weathering is spot on!! Excellent work!!
David G. Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 Looks great! The patina is very convincing, love all the added details. David G.

Chuck Most Posted November 16, 2021 Posted November 16, 2021 I'm well and truly humbled, but I see an Al Rich style truck. And I mean that as a complement. Be proud of that. It's certainly a great deal more interesting than the Chevy Astro UFO hunter I've been piddling with. The trade must have happened a long time ago because I don't recall trading one of these. Must have been one I robbed of the straight six because I seem to remember having a few extra straight sixes kicking around ages ago. ?
