happy grumpy Posted February 21, 2023 Posted February 21, 2023 Another box art build. Very nicely detailed and a real fun to assemble. The wood parts were painted tan and slightly washed with Tamiya panel liner brown and then top coated with Tamiya clear yellow. Racing green was use for the body. It is a close match to the box art, although the colors often vary from print batches. It's one of those kits that is fun to do after a couple of challenging ones. I only regret using the dark wood panel decals as they seem too dark compared to the picture on the box. Thanks for looking. 9

Thanks Helmut. The tires in this kit are really nicely molded and they seem to be period correct. They are even branded as Good year. Usually Revell does not have branded tires, at least most of of their kits that I have built.
