Bonekrosha
Nice Vic, what year is it? I know it's an 03+, maybe 05-06+ since I see it has the drive by wire throttle body. I'm gonna try and sell mine and get an 02-04 Mustang GT or failing that an 05+ Interceptor.
Skip
Hope I'm not dredging up one that's too old. If so flip me some cr@p and be done with it!! Daily (Commuter) Driver and occasional Auto-X'er 2001 New Beetle Turbo nothing fancy gets me to work and back. My other car is a 1973 RHD Mini, imported from UK in 1998 got it on the road in 2000 modified from front to back. Added Sportspack Flares (Arches) , 13 inch Mini-Lites, Engine out of a late John Cooper Works Mini, lumpier cam, head has been ported, polished and flowed, roller rockers, dual SU carbs, dyno's out at 81 HP on rollers, Adjustable suspension on stock type rubber cones, interior has been worked over starting with addition of Webasto electric sunroof, Cobra Classic Clubman seats. Color is Black on Flame Red, (stock color combination). The only drag with it being "not stock" is when we Auto-X it gets bumped up to run with the New MINI's, New Beetles, Honda's, it holds it's own there though. We got the Mini after a string of US made Iron, a few air cooled Bugs (Oval Window and Convertibles), Camaro's, '65 GTO which were fun cars. Then decided to do something really different and get a Mini which has been an absolute blast. One of the first things that I did right after importing it was swap it over to LHD then two years ago I swapped it back to RHD which adds a whole lot to the whole "Mini experience"! We got looks with our Muscle Cars but we weren't prepared for the attention that this gets at the car shows. We had a guy at one of the local cruise nights actually move his then brand new Camaro away from us because it was attracting far more attention than his! Like Hot Rod touted in the '80's "Dare to be Different", this is really different. Thanks for Looking.

Jairus
The name of the thread is "DAILY DRIVER"! So far most of the posts have been of PROJECTS or something cool they sometimes drive, but not daily drivers.
Nick Winter
Actually Jairus the title is "what's your 1:1 car", dosen't specify how often you drive it or it's main purpose. Nick

Nick Winter
Could be, this particular one however is "what's your 1:1 car". Nick

Chuck Kourouklis
Got these two malcontents: The black one is semi-retired, maybe looking for a project goody or two to help it keep up with the new kid, the blue daily driver for which it's doing its sumo bow. Will be taking custody of Mom's restored '67 Mustang hardtop soon, can't find my pics of it. And I don't know on what planet a Camaro's easier to get into than a Mustang, but it ain't mine. The 4th gen, anyway, has NO headroom compared to the S197, and it's far tighter between console and seat, making for a ridiculously vast p i a just to get in and out of it. The new Camaro I tried may have a bit more elbow room, but no improvement in headroom and even more of a bunker slit feel out the greenhouse. I don't have to take my hat off in the Mustang. Then again, I'm not particularly petite, and your mileage may vary depending on your size. And the Camaro's faster? 6.2 SS to 5.0 GT? Not exactly my experience. Deathgoblin
2009 Chevy Malibu LS (fleet package), white with a grey interior. Got a screaming deal on it. It's a pretty nice little car. I kinda miss the Cadillac sometimes, but I don't miss the Northstar engine.
Chuck Most
And I don't know on what planet a Camaro's easier to get into than a Mustang, but it ain't mine. Same planet where the fourth-gen's interior layout makes any sense at all. To be fair, a Camaro is a bit easier to get in and out of than a Mustang if it's a T-top model and the T-tops are out at the moment. But only then.
