The website is still up but you can't put anything in yer cart. I suppose you could contact him directly to see what stuff he's still got that he might be willing to deal on...doesn't hurt to ask. Wow! That’s too bad. I’ve been looking for just such decals. They look ideal!
YellowHound Posted January 4 Posted January 4 My favourite styling for the Firebird. Going to build this as white with blue transfers. I would like to find some better (stock) wheels and tyres though - does anyone have any suggestions?? 3
Keef Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Got this gifted to me by a coworker yesterday. Brand new still in the package. Should be a better quality than the $7 one I got at harbor freight a couple years ago. Will be great for measuring styrene and those tiny micro drill bits. 9
Mr mopar Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Mail call this week only one kit but a cool one ! ,with Gold spoked wheels enjoy ! 6
niteowl7710 Posted January 4 Posted January 4 In the previous post I mentioned being too lazy to take these photos, but I eventually overcame my procrastination. Shunko sheets are for the Tamiya Pajero Dakar kit. The others are all from Reji Model- The Audi is one sheet that builds either the '18 or '19 car. Another random sheet for the Belkits 6R4 and Bastos sheet for the Ascona. And the "logo sheets" for the 555s on Hasegawa Subarus and the Rothmans logos for the Ascona kit. 5

CA Whitecloud Posted January 5 Posted January 5 A belated Christmas post. I saw a few of you show these type of kits. I think my family heard me crying about not be able to paint outside in the winter. Any insights on wood models? The large Chevy box is a Kg+. 5
modelcarcrazy Posted January 5 Posted January 5 I hauled these home from Walmart. They had all their kits on sale for $10 each. I hauled these home from Wes’s Model Car Corner. 8
TonyK Posted January 5 Posted January 5 I've never seen wooden kits such as the ones you have but they look very nice. The ones I've built in the past range from simple to a bit more difficult and usually require white glue. I've enjoyed them for something different even though they are not plastic models and just like you, I'm not able to paint outside in the winter so these type of kits keep me busy. Enjoy.
kelson Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Went to the hobbyshop for some paint and found these on the shelf, couldn't resist as Canuck3d is offering a 68'Beaumont conversion pieces later this month.🤠 6
Bill Eh? Posted January 5 Posted January 5 My first kit arrival from Amazon this year. It had free shipping and was still HS Tax free. This time it was shipped in a paper envelope. I lucked out in that there was only a minor crease in the box lid. 5

Unfortunately my son damaged it, but it’s a nice little kit though. 2

Deathgoblin Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Wrebbit 1/10 scale Mercedes 500K paperboard kit. I was a little leary of this one at first (it was a gift). The instructions are 200 pages and structural pieces like the frame rails are multi-layered for strength. Kind of impressed with the engineering. 4

PatW Posted January 6 Posted January 6 (edited) This came by post today, for a particular project having seen one on TV programme Shed and Buried (I think!) To emulate this E-Type Rat Rod which is in fact a BMW M5 under the body! Edited January 6 by PatW 2
gtx6970 Posted January 6 Posted January 6 (edited) Got a 2nd one this week. This kit is getting pricey. Just have to be patient for the right deal to come along. Edited January 6 by gtx6970 4

My 1st one I bought a few weeks ago the figure is MIA. To be brutally honest, Im not sure I really care One of these will be a Charlie Allen silver and blue SS/E car. Im not sure if this 2nd one will be a Landy car.....or something else I have a Landy SS/A dart in the case already, And the 68 Charger + 65 AFX car. My plan is build the 68 and maybe the 69 Coronets later ( I have kits to do both ) Edited January 6 by gtx6970 1
ranma Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Bought and arrived today: AMT 1/24 Ford 9000 LTL from a hobby shop that sell's on ebay. Total cost with shipping/tax was $64.33.. About $30.00 cheaper than the Hobby shop has them for in Fort Wayne Indiana! 2
