And if things stay like they are, I may make a traveling model building box out of it. Will get some foam for bodies, and have lots of space for tools, and paint. So it was my new to me tool box for building. Those make great part boxes.. 1

Tim W. SoCal Posted Friday at 10:13 PM Posted Friday at 10:13 PM I hardly ever browse eBay, (I've always wondered if the company name is Pig Latin for "BE"...) but for some strange reason I did last Sunday afternoon. I came across 2 copies of one of my Holy Grail kits at a decent price that was too tempting to pass up. Factory Sealed, New In Box., Boxes both in mint condition... 9

Andria H Posted Saturday at 07:10 AM Posted Saturday at 07:10 AM Coming early next week from ebay. I am going to be keeping the stock dash in it because the design ended up used on the Astro/Titan and General/Bison trucks and RTS bus in different forms and inspired Pontiac's 69-77 Grand Prix and Grand Am dashes & I don't think Bill Mitchell's design needs to be adulterated with a stock C3 dash. Otherwise I will be building it as a Silva/Motion Maco GT kit car on 60s era 427 Vette guts/frame and newer AMT rims & wheels & a full rear window instead of louvers. 7
gtx6970 Posted Saturday at 06:47 PM Posted Saturday at 06:47 PM (edited) Received a sealed inside Thunderbolt kit on a trade deal with member catpack68 the other day ( thanks again ) Ive been thinking its about time to do another T bolt So this trade worked perfectly and will not sit in the pile for too long Edited Saturday at 11:46 PM by gtx6970 4

64SS350 Posted Sunday at 11:42 PM Posted Sunday at 11:42 PM (edited) These came Saturday. Some new super thin CA and the LED UV light. I wanted to try a different brand of CA, cheaper and a "non clogging tip". The UV light I purchased because I've received multiple orders of 3D parts that are not 100% cured. WillyBilly Posted Monday at 10:05 PM Posted Monday at 10:05 PM I think this is the last purchases for a while. While model building can break out into two hobbies. Building and collecting, I have been doing way more collecting than building this year. 4

catpack68 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago (edited) Got this MPC Monza in a trade with fourm member gtx6970(thanks Bill) It will probably become a Grumpys Toy Pro Stock Monza or one of the local cars I used to see at Pro Stock match races in the Carolinas in the late 70s-early 80s Edited 12 hours ago by catpack68 3
Ace-Garageguy Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Two sets of Dremel motor brushes to see if I can come up with a set that will work in my older one... Interestingly, the carbon parts are shorter than the worn out ones that came out of it. 1
