Good luck with the decals from the Cruze kits! When I get back to them, I will try some Tamiya decal set to see if it helps

Yeah,i remember when this kit first came out,the decals were garbage,i've seen some other liveries offered, but i can't remember where i saw them, and i believe NuNu platz is offering a 2013 kit pretty soon, with different decals.

Just returned from a nice long road trip to drop some models off. Had a great time, and nice to meet Modlbldr in a proper masked and socially distanced setting. ?

He sent me home with a 59 Caddy engine, decals and a 66 Impala.  I came home to find the 59 caddy kit, and a set of keystones from separate trades..

All in all a great day.

Karl I see why they are backed up at Scenes Unlimited.  Nice order.

They are one the more prompt casters to fill an order. And it all looks great!

Nice to finally meet you, Sam, and your son- mask to mask. I enjoyed the brief visit. I put the Yamaha on my China hutch till I can get it in the display case. I'll be posting all of my "Score" here later today when I get time.

BTW- that Caddy engine came from that kit so the instructions will help you out.

Picked these up off of FB Marketplace and drove 4 hrs to Oregon to meet Sam I Am (who had picked them up for me) and take possession. The kits are all sealed inside and the tub is full of bagged kits, rebuilders and parts!

The Yamaha bike is one of Sam's builds that he gave to me. Nice!!

It's Christmas any time of the year that I get a box or large tote like that full of model stuff. I can spend hours or days sorting through all that.

Great Score!

The mail is slow! I mailed something from PA to MD last Saturday, and it normally would have arrived on Monday but not received until Thursday.

Aside from a double holiday rush this year since people are ordering online instead of shopping, USPS is getting hit with Covid. This past spring my own post office was shut down and we received our mail every other day from another office working double.

I have a relative who works at a big sorting center who said there are a lot of people out sick or for quarantine.  They are pushing the remaining workers to do double shifts. Bad year!
