-OK you guys........... I just got a REAL "Mother LOAD" (NOT models tho!)...... Check this out......

This ---^
Is what my "Machine Bench" once looked like...... THEN:

I now have TWO of those machine centers! ONE I had is now set up as a Milling Machine:

And the NEWEST addition:

This new machine came with so much that for the price of all the "accessories" and attachments with it, I got, the machine literally cost me $55 bucks!

Same ole cabinet I made for all the attachments & accessories, now with a WHOLE LOT MORE in it!

This ought to make things happen a tad bit faster!!!! AND allow for more things to be made then before....

NOW both are "Stable Mates"......

And the light switch in my shop............ YOU BET!
I also got a bunch of molding items too..... I'll be producin' a bunch of stuff, so stay tuned in my Resin area!!!! I AM one HAPPY "shop" owner!!!!

Very nice.  I almost bought a Unimat when I was in high school 50 years ago.

Yes, I know they're old, BUT those things run & work so well its not funny, ad both are still "true" to the factory Tolerances!! I wouldn't trade 'em for anything in the world!

John that is the sweetest tool haul I have ever seen!!!

Karma smiled on you my friend

Thanks Scott! I have to say, I'm very happy with them both! (I just got a Collet set for them too!) ;) So yeah, Someone from above smiled upon me!

Just since Hobby Lobby didn't have any coupon-worthy kit I wanted, I used it on a "Paasche Starter Airbrush." List price $25.99, I think I got OTD for around 16. It looks very similar to my beloved, 30-year old Badger 350, which I use for 95% of my airbrush work including virtually ALL my car work.

When I got it home I read the fine print and saw that it's Made in China. I wonder if this is exactly the same thing as the Chinese Badger 350 clone I bought at a flea market a couple years ago, and only use for spraying clear (which it does quite well)? Oh well, for 16 frogs I'm not out much, and who knows, it might be a genuine Good Thing. Paasche's name is on it, which gives me some comfort.

I'll write up a report after I've used it. It could be that this is the perfect "starter" airbrush for car modelers (assuming you have a compressor or other good air source--NOT those stupid dicky cans).

I received a 32 Vicky body from R&M of Maryland but I also ordered 2 model A's/ chopped top & was told the mold was worn out. He said he may have time in 6-8 months build another, with the problem with Revell's30 coupe mold maybe the modeling Gods will get things back on track!  LOL

There's one on the clearance rack at the Libertyville Hobby Lobby for $5.99 - missing a bottle and maybe the hose - good for a spare if anyone needs it.

Wow! You're in the top 10 most potent! Congrats. Use it well, and often!

Nice build.

Not a model but I love adding transportation related bits to my stamp collection. Here's a card I got way too cheap on eBay this week...

buggy1buggy2This was 1906 and some folks were still hanging on to their horse and buggy!    BTW, nobody else bid on this so I got it for a dollar.

We were told about that after the awards presentation and we're truly sorry.  We'll be contacting the supplier later today.

Won this one over the weekend. At  about $30 delivered to my door. I'm  not going to feel bad when I take it apart to use a  basis for a  drag car build.  I sure cant find a decent 62 Galaxie hardtop annual kit for that kind of money .

The stock wheel and tires I need for one of my convertible annuals

Sweet!

I love these cars!

I think the Johan New Yorker was a better looking car than the '60 Desoto.

Just an over all cleaner look.

I'll have to check Bill, but I don't believe mine had any of the stock caps left either.

I think it had the custom wheels which were a rudimentary version of a Pontiac 8 lug wheel.

I went with a set of Modelhaus wires on mine.

Boy I miss Modelhaus!!

I found this gracing my door step this afternoon.

The original annual with the Polara trim is getting very difficult to find these days.

I won't say I "stole" it, but it didn't break me either.

Missing the hood & the glass is broke, but I think I have pretty good prospects for nearly anything I need for this one.

The body is good & that's all I really need.
