I was driving down the interstate heading home from town and saw an altered wheelbase 65ish Falcon on top of a three-car auto hauler.  It was in primer.  Since I was driving a bit over the posted numbers I didn't have time to get my phone out to get a picture.

I didn't get a picture, but I saw a lovely Franklin. I think it was a Torpedo Phaeton, but it went by too fast for a picture. I have a feeling there are a lot of super interesting cars around here. Oddly enough, this isn't the only Franklin I've encountered around here.

A lovely Saab 90 in Shoreditch a few weeks ago

And a beaut of an original Beetle in the visitor's carpark at work!

Nice. About 15 years ago when I worked on Broadway, I would always see an orange Murcielago, I wonder if it is the same car.

Every time I've been to my new client in Seattle, this puppy has been there!  I finally took a photo.  I rented one of these in Aruba many years ago. When I got back to the USA, I test drove one and decided there was no way I wanted to drive one in New Jersey traffic. So I went up one level in confort and refinement and bought a new Geo Tracker in 1991.  I still have it!

Back home in Pennsylvania I stopped into Lowes and this nice '68 Camaro RS was sitting there. I couldn't get a photo of it without people looking at it.

Friday I saw a red 60 Impala convertible with a white top and a blue 69 Super Bee sharing transporter space with a very mundane silver Corolla. No pics unless I look on my dash cam.

Out on Kelleys Island (an Ohio island in Lake Erie) yesterday I saw a clean red/cream '55 Chevy Bel Air convertible, a clean yellow w/ black top late 60s-early 70s Jeep Commando, and a couple '59-60 Ford pickups that had been put out to pasture.    After taking the ferry back to the mainland, I saw a dark blue Bentley Mullsanne and a dark red Lamborghini Aventador driving through Marblehead.

A few cool (or at least interesting) sightings from around the neighb this past week...that black monstrosity actually drives around here regularly, and I suspect would have been towed if it were not for the cop badge in the window ?

Hey this one looks like a model of mine!    Looks like someone is building a car at the curb.
