  1. That is a very cool build! Love those cars!!
  2. Howdy! It has been a while! Cool, I will check him out and if you do decide to do them, please do let me know.
  3. Nice! I currently have one in mid build and I am stuck on decals. Are you by any chance making them?
  4. Definitely yes on the dragster tires. Many a kit of mine is in need of tires.
  5. Joe Amato was Top Fuel Champion in 1991
  6. I think it might take a law like that to keep me from buying and get me to building. Hopefully they will be able to clone me in the future just so I can finish what I have!
  7. This was my preferred drug store for model kits! Getting a model and ice cream made for a perfect visit!
  8. Yes, the California Sunshine was I think done right before they started cutting up the kit, but the cool part of this kit is that it is based off a real truck!
  9. Wow, this a cool variation on a tool that has been dormant for some time! This is the kind of re-issue I do like!
  10. Looks like a SBC with twin screw superchargers and weber carbs. And a Lenco transmission
  11. Halibrand did make Spindle Mount Spoke wheels. Not as common as the American Racing Wheels or even the Romeo Palamides type
  12. Would be cool to get the old box art back! At least the Photo Shop matches the kit, sorta.
  13. It is peculiar that the tags are dated '97 and '98 Wonder if at one time they where to be re-released and then cancelled?
  14. The Buttera style Funny Car chassis from AMT was also one that left quite a bit to be desired. After working with the Revell stuff, the pipe on these looked huge!
  15. And here it is! https://www.cybermodeler.com/special/kits/kit_auto_subj.shtml
  16. The last ones I remember are from Competition Resin and I think they where mastered off the Revell bodies, which are different from the MPC. But, with all the current re-issues, I would not be surprised if a Vega comes along soon
  17. The Model King box art unfortunately shows a modified kit that is a bit different from what is in the box. The biggest thing is the grille, or lack of, on the MK kit. And it shows more correct wheels that I don't remember ever seeing in the kit. They either had the 5 spoke mags or the later Funny Car style trick wheels.
  18. I don't have an SVT to compare, but here is the box art and the HD art. I know the SVT is an actual picture, but, it does give you a fair idea on where it was compared to the HD truck
  19. That's awesome! LOL! I always wanted to do it to my Dad's Plymouth Duster, but he said no!
  20. My LHS at the time of release only ordered two of them and I only bought one. Should have grabbed them both! It would be nice to get the bike back, would be a nice extra for other kits or dioramas.
