  1. There in lies the problem, I'm not willing to pay $100 for the kit.
  2. Nice work Mitch, really like the wheels.
  3. I agree with you 100% Steve on both points. The homogenization of the cars is also affecting Indy in my opinion. That and Indy cars are down right ugly now.
  4. Looks great Matt.
  5. I've tried. Made what I think are fair offers on a few I have found on ebay. Sellers are always asking outrageous prices for the kit.
  6. Great build. I wish this kit would be reissued. They are hard to track down. I would like to build one as a support van for my Escort RS1800 build.
  7. Looking forward to your build Cal.
  8. As you have discovered posting pictures directly from you computer quickly eats up your usable storage space on the forum. Your best bet is to post pictures form a secondary photo hosting website such as Fotki or Photobucket. I myself use Fotki. To post a picture: right click on the full size photo (not the thumbnail) in the Fotki folder and select "Copy"right click in the post on the forum where you want to add the photo and select "Paste"That's it.
  9. Sorry, I mis-remembered. The kit I have is an AMT not a Pyro.
  10. I have a semi built-up '32 Ford kit in the stash. I will post pictures when I get a chance. From what I remember it is a nice curb side kit. I might even be willing to trade it.
  11. Very nice Chris. Did you do a build thread on this anywhere?
  12. http://www.diecast.org/diecast98/html/asp/list_reviews/xq/ASP/id.yf05/qx/reviewpix.htm
  13. Added some bits to the engine and the brace bars for the front suspension.
  14. Very nice.
  15. Replica & Miniatures offers the nice dirt track racing tires that came in MPC's Super Stocker kits. Part number is T-38.
  16. They look great Erik. I'll going to have to remember this.
  17. Great build Erik. Clean, simple grocery getter with just a touch of flair. Are the spark plugs aftermarket?
  18. Another great project Dennis. I really like the 50s-60s era of street and strip cars.
  19. Thanks Joe & Ron. Installed the coil overs and the steering rack
  20. Another well engineered build. Nice project Bill.
  21. Thanks Jarda. If I can ask another question where did you find a hex shaped punch set? I love these kind of projects. Using modeling to tell the story of a historic or significant vehicle. Keep it coming.
  22. Mark, I sent the request through the Museum's website - maybe it didn't come through. Regardless thank you for responding, I have sent you an email. JC
