  1. I'm following along, looks like it's going to be a beauty...
  2. That's a great video on teh fox body mustanf Kurt, great progress, and the body is looking cool!
  3. Thanks Bruce, the only 2 issues so far is the out-of-position steering column, and the heavy ejector pin marks in the interior tub. More progress, interior and chassis are done, they are simple, but can hardly be seen when assembled. the Wing has been painted in Zero Black , and coated with Zero 1k Clear - decals have started to be added
  4. That CF looks perfect, great build so far, looks like months of work already.
  5. Cool subject! Everyone likes Elanor!
  6. Really sharp masking and painting! Great subject too!
  7. I already had completed the Jaguar (this kit has a sister kit which is a Jag), and wanted to get this done before my lockdown fulough ends (this weekend!) so it is going to be a simple build, with a focus on the exterior. Most of the non-body work is complete DIsk breaks with Alclad II steel, then hand painted Tamiya Acylics, and Tamiya Smoke wash Dash is basic, no decals, all in tamiya X-18 Headlamps also in X-18 with molotow lamps with a drop of PVA for the lenses interior tub in Alclad II Aluminium Roll cage in Alclad Chrome over Zero Black - it should have been in Aluminium, but i wanted a slightly different colour in there. wheels in Tamya Acrylic "rubber" colour, and Alclad II Dark Aluminium Body is next
  8. This kit is very simple, its intended on being a slot car racer. However - for an Airfix kit - it's moulded with excellent detail for it's scale. there is minimal interior detail, and not many parts. The main focus of this build will be the exterior
  9. Looking amazing! I'm no expert, but 2k final coat should be a wet coat, and I I use the maximum my pump gives me, which is about 22psi
  10. Like others have said Kurt, this is amazing scratch building, it's looks US muscle car, or hoonigan! Love it!
  11. Agree that these old Revell / Monogram kits were good honest fun...
  12. that's a great build!
  13. great build of one of the coolest looking cars of that era!
  14. now that is a great restoration!
  15. Beautiful shiny paintwork! some muscle cars look live SUVs with their big wheels!
  16. Amazing detail in pencil!
  17. I can't believe the detail in this 43rd scale kit, looks fantastic!
  18. Fantastic build! Worth all the effort !
  19. That's a lot of detail for a small scale, in fact, it looks a lot better than most Revell 1:24 kits! I might take a look at doing one... The 360 looks brilliant!
  20. That's an amazing finish...
  21. I don't know why this 12 year old topic appeared, but I'm glad it did. Looks really nice!
  22. It's very realistic looking, great quality finish!
  23. That's a beautiful build Craig!
  24. That is a beautiful build Anders, I always find modern car engine bays lacking drama!
