Not that I know of specifically, but kits with closures that are complex can end up with issues, good luck!

This tail light is not playing ball. Worried about applying a tamiya masking tape over the smoke, I gave it a clear coat with PVA through the airbrush. let it dry overnight, then masked the light areas and spayed black. When removing the tape, the tape had melted the clear. strange. you can't tell in the picture, I'm just going to clear coat it now, its the last piece of this puzzle...

Nice detailing of the black bits on the bumpers and the engine looks great.

The chrome on the body looks excellent, good luck with the blue! Remind us what you are using - alclad enamel? The details in the engine bay and inherit look fantastic.
