This kit was started in Jan 2023 and finished in December. And I've just got around to taking photos (After finishing my photo booth) WIP is here: Its the first kit body I've sprayed with Tamiya LP lacquer paints - disapointed to find that I had to thin down the paint to use, I think I'll stick to Pro-scale or similar. Clear coated with Proscale 2K & sanded/polished The only thing I didn't like on this kit is that the"SILVIA" on the front light bar has to be painted, and its difficult and doesn't turn out well. Should have been a decal.

This one was finished up in April Another great little kit from Airfix with reasonable detail considering its a 1:32 scale kit. Finished in Tamiya red & white aerosol and clear-coated in Zero 2K - it did require a lot of sanding and polishing out, but it didn't burn through anywhere. Pictured also with its competitor from Airfix. I'm guessing these were designed to be converted to slot car racers. WIP can be seen at this link:

Chassis is half built, went together quite well, but some of it should have been assembled before painting. Interior floor pan had to fill a lot of injector pin indents, they are still faintly visible, but I might flock the floor anyway, there are some more obvious injector pin marks, but these I didn't bother to fill, as they wont be visible in the end. Seats finished in a medium grey

Thanks guys, much appreciated!

This one was finished a few weeks ago but has been in construction for a few years. WIP build can be found here: Finished in Zero Paints - a few coats of Pagani Metallic Red & a few coats of Zero Smoke (to darken it) then Zero 2K on top. The headlamps were heavily modified, but did not turn out as I intended. However, its looks OK on the shelf...

This was finished late 2023, but I've just now had a chance to take finished pics in a homemade photo booth. WIP can be found here: This is the best finish 2K paint I've ever acheived out the airbush - if it wasn't for the 3 or 4 dust spots, I wouldn't have needed to polish. Not sure why, but I've not been able to achieve the same finish since. Other than magnets in the engine hood, its OOB Coloured in Zero Paints interior Cream. De-chromed & used Alclad II chrome over glossed black - it had to be done a few times as the chrome coat was fragile & easily removed through handling. https://images2.imgbox.com/84/bf/h9zy6vBq_o.jpg https://images2.imgbox.com/51/a1/F1j35af3_o.jpg

Chassis required lots of filler inside and out - some of I couldn't do due to access, but came out OK using Tamiya filler. The wheels required clean up inside the cut out - and I oversprayed how they came with Alclad Aluminium - they came out OK. I was considering the box art wheels, but decided it wasn't worth the effor of masking. Lots of Chassis bits finished shown in the last pic, ready for assembly.
