  1. Love it! Really stands out in those close-up shots. Did you replace all the glass with clear sheet?
  2. Plant-fed venison for dinner?
  3. So fine!
  4. Checked out a seller named lionelboys on eBay - his prices have been up there, but now nearly all of his stuff is BIN 70% off. Picked up a bunch of NOS chrome for my '62 Fairlane and a rear bumper for my '63 Tempest promo. He still has a bunch of vintage NOS stuff - check him out if you need anything, particularly early Tempest and Fairlane. There are a lot of custom parts as well.
  5. Man, all this discussion is makin' me thirsty!
  6. If you mean the phrase itself, it was spoken by Curly in Pop Goes the Easel, a Stooge short from 1935. It was a one-time gag, but it became more of a catchphrase after it was quoted in the lyrics of "The Curly Shuffle".
  7. Check out the reissued Revell 1/32 scale '56 Ford convertible - the hubcaps are a bit large for the scale but may be just right for 1/25, and have the correct shape. Anybody have one that can measure the caps?
  8. I see E7-Color has a paint called "Shine Chrome" - anyone tried that? Is that what the sealer was intended for?
  9. This this this this and this
  10. He, randys_model_parts_corner, and modeldudewilliam are my go-to guys for new parts.
  11. This was worth the wait - great job! Maybe post it in the "Sunday Models" thread over at the H.A.M.B. - those guys will go nuts over it!
  12. Hands up everyone here who's BMFed one of these:
  13. Nice job! A little inspiration from revolico.com (Cuba's Craigslist): It's one of the few that hasn't had an engine transplant to some 5-cyl. diesel, and I wouldn't worry too much about how the top fits .
