  1. Thank you everyone for the comments this build has been very enjoyable and challenging. I keep seeing stuff I'd do again, but will save it for another project
  2. Orange paint earns ya brownie points with the BRBO host ...lol Your on your way now Kerry great work
  3. Thanks Gator ! Lucky to have the real one close by . Its almost finished ! I spent a few days adding the smaller lights , and got the plow permanently attached to the hitch. Theres hoses , touch ups , and it definitely needs some weathering to reveal all the small details that's lost in the black. I added plow lights cast by moluminum, reflecting tape from line -o- tape , and the beautiful decals printed by Joe at Diecast and decals. The plow width marker is copper wire in a drilled out tube for strength I've been trying to photo reduce the NYS plates for it, but they keep turning out blurry., any comments or suggestions welcome !
  4. Nice rebuild Kerry ! Yeah fess up what's your colors gonna be ....
  5. Chris did a masterful job doing the parts for this , I had several sneak peeks of the progress !

  9. Beautiful work
  10. Thanks , the build was pretty straightforward except it suffered from the crushed windshield A pillar. That caused the glass to fit funky in the body requiring epoxy to hold it down The pink was a can my 4 yr old picked up at lhs, I thought it would look good on this ..I'm really pleased
  11. Outstanding
  12. Thanks ! Fun oob build
  13. The blue actually looks like " blue angel blue " to me, but sure it's a different shade
  14. It's all done ! Heres a teaser, the rest are under glass
  15. The Foose edition caddy, aka Eldorod. I painted it Testors electric pink lacquer w wet look clear. The interior is primer white w a home brewed salmon color. The trim is bmf . The color was chosen by my 4 yr old daughter during a hobby shop trip ! Hope ya all like it !. Jeff
  16. Been there..that's usually when I get glue somewhere it wasnt intended, and stalls the entire project
  17. Thanks , I've used it for masking aircraft panels but havent built many cars w the stuff to avoid it I'm really pleased how it looks , and adds a needed bit of bling to the body
  18. Cool conversion ! Make sure to upgrade your ball joints , cause the blazer family always suffered from separation. Wouldn't want to have a lousy ball joint come apart with all that muscle on tap lol
