  10. thanks guys this weekends plan is to finish off the other two interiors, and start some chassis building [painted most of the last bits for that tonight]. Carl, yes, those are PE speaker grills that I painted flat black.
  11. Clayton, ya, marma-pete, marbilt, peter-mar, lol, I just couldn't pass on it...... for me the sweetness was the IH and the hauler looks like you have lowboy overload, lol, I see some good homes for those excavators you recently got
  12. over the past week or so I have accumulated a 69 super bee [ the one molded in blue metal flake, sealed], one of the GMC step side pick up kits [semi built, and none of the custom parts, but for cheap], an IH CO-4070a, revell marmon, and an AMT Alaskan hauler, also hit hobby lobby the other day and they finally had a 1/12 foose Camaro kit, so one coupon later, it's in the stash with the other two.
  13. funny bit is, I was inquiring about a few different kits, was informed they were gone, but was asked if I'd be interested in these 3 for purchase.....uh..yeah......lol.
  14. Dennis, well done my friend, that is one tough looking rig! excellent job!
  15. David, you have done it again! superb set up there, just awesome! as mentioned, a little change in the back drop, and it becomes 'is it live? or is it memmorex?' type moment, lol. great job man.
  16. boy do I like this one! just beautiful work, outstanding looking combo. I need to ask two favors of you, one is, more pictures of that tanker, but a little closer, would like to see how you built it really, as you have really made that tanker look fabulous! the second being, I am about to start a titan kit, and would like more info on lowering the cab like you did. any info you could pass along would be great, thanks.
  17. well, was a good day when I got home, these got delivered today the Alaskan hauler is sealed, the other two are sealed inside the collection is almost complete, few more kits I'd like to have, but the list is getting shorter...........
  18. will be waiting patiently for your return I happened to hit hobby lobby the other day, they finally had one of these foose kits in stock, so after a 40% coupon, I added another one to the pile
  19. welcome back to the hobby interior is looking great, nice work. looking forward to seeing your progress on this.
  20. Joe, you are out of control......in a good way looking good, keep at it
  21. well, got 4 interiors done now,
  22. you can get great results with spray cans. I bought an air brush and have used it 3 times [on stuff I couldn't find a color in spray cans for], I prefer 'rattle cans' as many people call them. as mentioned, with spray cans, a little polishing can go a long way to making awesome paint jobs. I will say this, it does take some practice, but can be done quite well. here are some spray can jobs, that is spray can paint with some spray can clear before being polished.
  23. good looking stuff Terry, you build some really cool looking rigs.
  24. JT, awww, you're just sayin that cause it's orange Clayton and Carl, thanks guys
