Really turned out nicely Niko! Impressive build. Started in 2014 eh? Now I don't feel so bad about how long its taking me to finish my Austin gasser! I just hope that I can come close to these results.

Prime, filler, sand, repeat. I'm getting there. Hood is still missing so now I'm waiting for a scoop to put on my plan 2 unit as I don't feel up to fabricating another one.

I like your idea for a S/S Comet Dave. I recently saw one at the Cleveland Autorama. I've got the same kit as well and going another direction and that's a great idea for tunnel ram from Ace. Another idea would be to get the generic TR kit from VCG resins and work it up using the stock manifold. It would be more work but it might be cheaper depending on what you could get a Gremlin kit for. Dunno, just another option.

Wow! Sure glad I read this. I just bought my first airbrush and wanted to use a paint I didn't have to thin and Gravity was recommended. I think I'll buy mine from Teds. It's just that they don't have the color I want. Thanks for looking out guys.

Thanks for the review Michael. I've had my eye on that kit but I'm trying to show some restraint while I catch up on unfinished builds. You just made it that much harder!

Hey folks. I've never done a dio before and I'd like to make one based on the pic, different car though. What kind of medium would be good to form the piles of snow made by the plow? As you can see, it isn't the same height along the road (as it shouldn't be). I've looked at foam but it won't give the width at the base. Thanks.
