  1. Thanks Jim. I've tried beads in the past but maybe I had the wrong kind. I'll give seed beads a look.
  2. Have you contacted them yet? I'm sure they'd be glad to help. I've used their fine products before but never had to contact them.
  3. Hey All! Have any of you painted steel braided hose black to get the modern black hose look? I've compared two pics and they look identical except for the color and surface texture. I've read all of the recommendations for using braided products from Michael's etc. but I'm concerned about getting the AN fittings to work with those. Thanks for the help.
  4. Nice build!

  12. Sweet combo Pat!! You can pack a lot in the back of that wagon. I've only entered two so here's my pair.
  13. Dang! Nice Aston! I don't know if this has been posted before, but I think it's good reference material. http://jalopnik.com/meet-the-guy-who-drove-across-the-u-s-in-a-record-28-h-1454092837
  14. Nice work! I love that engine work!
  15. Wow! Must've taken a lot of skill and patience for something so small! Nice job.
  16. Thanks for the info Erik. I think I'll try the sample pack first so I can figure out what sizes to order in bulk since those are 1/35 scale.
  17. Nice start Steve! I just received my kit to build later this year and I appreciate the items you pointed out as issues. I'm sure I wouldn't have noticed them. Thanks for sharing your insights.
  18. Hey Larry, fellow Buckeye! I've been interested in getting one of the early 50's Chevys. I'll keep my eye on this one!
  19. Fantastic work! The little detail items you added are just superb! Nice wiring and plumbing. I applaud your patience!
  20. Very nice work! Immaculate detail. I'm one that doesn't like to read a lot but I liked your narrative on the build. I learned a few things. Keep it up!
  21. Nice start indeed!
  22. Yeah, that's like way out of my price range. Nice for those with the bank for it.
