Beautiful work! -
I feel you on this one. I was actually on the team that integrated our MRP system as a "subject matter expert" and they didn't listen to anything I told them on how we used it. Total train wreck! MS Excel became the workaround.

Exactly! Especially when the odds of anyone having the proof that you built it wrong are nearly nil!!

Congrats on your decision. I retired at 62 in 2018 when my boss' boss decided he wanted me to take on more responsibilities (that would have required me to be available 24/7) for zero extra pay. That said, I'm happy I did it and never looked back. The biggest thing to spend time assessing is health care. I didn't qualify for discounts under ACA plans so I signed up for COBRA. We had Cadillac plans at work so it was quite pricey. When COBRA lapsed, I went on ACA and it was no bargain either, but a lot less than COBRA but a step down in care as well, but I was healthy so there was no care impact. At 65 I signed up for Medicare. Next is whether to take SS early. I didn't, in fact I haven't yet, but with the way they're planning on changing SS, my decision would be different if I was leaving next year. If they have to start cutting back before I die I'll have left money on the table. My math was pretty easy in that I really didn't have a choice to stay or go. I couldn't see being on someones tether. Enjoy!!

An update on my Fairlane to show I'm still in it. Still have some minor paint issues to sort out, and I have to build an exhaust system with no where to put it. ? -
Well done!

Yes, AI and robots will replace humans.

Perhaps so, but this is one basis for my comment. To keep the feature (relatively) cost effective they cut corners. As for Space X, I've always been impressed with them. https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/cars/2024/09/30/how-bad-is-teslas-self-driving-feature/75411449007/ -

The agile robot is impressive! I would have been even more impressed if it had slapped the clown that pushed it down. ? As for the Tesla bot, if it is as good as the driverless feature in Tesla cars, we will all be dead in a decade as they start to go out of control. As for the original post with the bots reading iPads, I'd as why, since they're all networked any way (like modern cars) and don't need to read, just download. -
With that said, did you ever find what you wanted?

I've heard this before and agree to an extent, but I've found that you can't find some colors in lacquer that come in acrylic and vice versa. How do you deal with that?

Nice printed upgrades! I'm definitely taking notes.

What is going on with my Airbrush.

Glad you posted this. I'm having the same issue with mine to the point I stopped using it a couple of months ago. I had the issue with RTS as well but haven't tried decanted in it, as I typically run that thru my H. Mine is only a year old. -

Okay, but beyond the ridiculous AI intro is the fact that the whole vid is fictitious. They show a car with modern updates and try to pass it off as some kind of secret supercar made in the late sixties. It also switches cars at some point. Note early in the vid, after the scene of it coming out the the trailer where it first introduces the erroneous name, and in the pic with the flowers, they show a car with stock Boss wheels, chrome driving light rings, and a chrome bumper. They then switch back to the customized version. Its a joke.

Nice! Did you seal the roof panels on the TA? If so, what did you use? I have the new kit and want to build it w/o T-tops.
