  1. Very nice!
  2. I see on your site you sell them as a staggered set. Any way to get four of the 15x7? I need it for a 1:1 tribute that had that setup, I also don't think the 10" will fit. Thanks.
  3. Well, his pattern is what I had on my 76 TA I had back in the 80's. This whole post is surreal because I'm planning a a tribute to my 76 with the very tire/wheel combo he's offering.
  4. Sweet!
  5. Very nice!
  6. The square pan limits the options of what it could be. It isn't the greatest of replicas but it it intended to be pretty much hidden under the car. Its hard to tell because the bolt pattern isn't there, but the starter looks like its in the GM location. Based on the square pan and the short tail shaft housing I think its a GM 700R4.
  7. Yes, seems baffling. Try a different USB stick. Also try an exposure test. Another question; Are you printing flat on the plate? Pleas show a pic of your print supported in the slicer.
  8. Is it raising and lowering as it prints? Looks to me like its printing everything on just a couple of layers. Question, why do you print at 80%? I've never printed at less than 100% on either my Anycubic Zero or my current Photon Mars.
  9. ?With so few cars being produced today, young people don't have the opportunity, or need to learn how to drive a standard shift vehicle. The service probably can't find enough/any drivers that can drive one to park it. Also, it could be that the one stick shift driver they have is unavailable on some days.
  10. Very well done! You did better than me. My first resin build is in a landfill somewhere in Ohio. ?
  11. Nice work! Awesome weathering!
  12. Well said! There is rarely a clean break when a "new" idea comes into being. Transitional is a good word for it. Some people look at early gassers and question whether or not they are true gassers because they don't have the traditional look of a gasser, yet that's what they were classified as.
  13. Impressive work! Great project.
  14. I bought the GMC 702 V16 from Texas 3D Customs. Its a bit more pricey than your std printed engine but its basically an engine and a half. I plan to build the Convoy Leader Elvis 32 Deuce from Fury Road. I've been planning that build since right after the movie came out. I even started designing my own in CAD but took the quicker route.
  15. Interesting experiment!
  16. Very nice!
  17. Awesome work!
  18. Beautifully done!
  19. Kyle, I think you have it already if you have the AMT GTO. Although it comes with a 4 speed tranny, the console is for an automatic. I have that kit and just realized that fact. The 4 speed console has a shifter that's offset to the driver. Also you can clearly see the area where the the shifter goes is set up for an automatic. The chrome is thick there but it looks like a dual gate, or can be modified to be one. I don't think its worth reworking myself. You also might want to ask your dad if he had wood grain on the console, which would require you to rework the console to remove the ribbing to add it. All the pics I've seen show woodgrain.
  20. Its been a minute since I updated on my 56 Fairlane so here goes. I had so much trouble trying to get the modular 5.0 to fit because of the way the firewall is made that I gave up and decided to go with an older 302 with some modern adds. It fits with less fuss and with the adds it looks the part. I also decided to design a chassis with the floor panels with it because of the struggles I've had adding them. I designed and printed a new interior because I'd carved up the old one tryna get the 1st engine to fit. I designed back seat inserts to match the front seats, and also new door panels because the stock panels clashed with the seat pattern. I also removed the window cranks and added power window switches to the console I created. I cut the original front bumpers to get rid of the bullets and couldn't get them right, so I designed one. Not quite there yet, but I'm close. The rear bumper I redesigned to be less bulbous. Finally, I removed the molded-in wiring from the engine bay, as well as the windshield washer fluid bag. It went all the way through so I had to patch the hole with some epoxy. Now I have to make it all fits together.
