It actually came with a V8. I'm tryna decide if I'll use the vintage Pontiac engine I got in trade or a newer Vette engine.

I made my own for a Cyclone BFx clone I built. You could take a blower manifold that's flat and modify it. Not easy but possible. Norm of Replicas & Miniatures of Maryland offered one at one time I believe for the SBF, which is what I planned to use but it comes with carbs and I had my own as well. The pic of the engine with the manifold I fabricated is attached but you can't really make out the work.

Yep, I looked for those a while back before I even bought the file and it was ridiculous how expensive they were. I didn't see one under $100 when I was looking.

Thanks, it was a lot, but not as hard as it looks. It was about a good hour of sanding Right now there are some small spots to do and the hood and trunk.

I'm entering a Karmann Ghia, built using the Tamiya 1966 Beetle kit. I had to wait until I got a successful print, and then had to see if it was usable, as I've never printed a model body before. At first I printed the whole body but broke it trying to remove the supports. Then I cut the file in half in Meshmixer and printed it in halves and then glued them together. It came out smoother because I used a smaller nozzle and better quality settings. I wound up making it a convertible when I realized I didn't have a rear glass. I cut the windshield from one I had in the parts box. My entry in the last P2P was a convertible too. Maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment!
