  1. I live in the middle of farm country and will believe the end of the carbon based fuel engine is really here when all of the diesel powered heavy equipment like tractors and harvesters are in museums and junk yards and have been replaced with electric ones.
  2. I am getting notes from modelers on the forums that they are trying to send me PMs and are being told that I am unable to receive them. What can I do to correct that?
  3. It must my PIA brand computer again as I had someone else tell me that same thing a couple days ago. My email is woody42@woh.rr.com
  4. Where can I get a set of these for my own use??
  5. I just saw this thread today for the first time and have to ask where did you find those super cool vintage headlights?? I build a lot of antique vehicles and those would be very much at home there. Thanks to anyone who can steer me in the right direction.
  6. This is the week when all model kits are on sale for 40% off at the Hobby Lobby stores nationwide, I stopped yesterday an picked up another '29 Ford roadster kit.
  7. Nice quick(?) build when you feel the need for speed.
  8. As many vintage kits and parts as I can cram into our vehicle. Will you be a vendor as well?
  9. No insult to anyone intended. I simply asked who actually sees the message that I click on and send. I didn't know if the moderators saw them or if they were seen by the business that posted them got them. Our moderatators do a thankless job and I certainly appreciate their efforts. Thanks to all.

    58 Buick

Love this build. I find it amazing that a few classic custom touches like lowering and fender skirts can produce a slick ride like this one. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!
  12. Somehow I was sure Tim would be commenting on this build. Great model. Thanks for sharing.
  13. No sadness when I finish something. I do have the constant thought process thing going on though. I will stop working when I need a solution to a problem knowing that when I wake up the next morning what's left of my brain will usually have given me the solution I need. The next decision for me is usually what to work on next.
  14. Might be a unique way to clear the ice and snow from your driveway.
  15. My email is woody42@woh.rr.com
  16. Just who do the useless messages we type asking for the ads to stop actually go to anyway?
  17. I sent in my check today for a table.
  18. Glad to see you're back with a positive attitude. Your photo etch stuff looks very unique.
  19. We all strive to do the best we can with the skills we have. Glad you're with us on the forums.
  20. This can be a golden age of model building if we appreciate what's available to us here on these forums and take advantage of the inspiration and information at our our fingertips. Tap into it and enjoy the ride!
  21. Friendly suggestion, you might consider pulling those plug wires down out of the clouds for a more realistic look:)
  22. Smart answer to a tricky question.
  23. Very interesting stuff.
  24. Glad you're back at the work bench. If you're looking for inspiration or answers it's all right here.
