  1. Never seen a military version before. Looks like something my dad would have built.
  2. Beautiful, excellent work
  3. I want to say I saw someone mention they did or were going to try it in one of the other Demon posts. I think it would be hard since the chassis for this kit has holes and pegs to fit it into place when attaching it to the body. The front wheel wells have a couple of attachment points and I want to say the back has raised holes for the pegs to fit into. I believe on the Duster kit, the chassis just slides in like any other kit.
  4. That's crazy, but makes sense. All the reference pics I looked at never showed the bed. It was hard to find one showing the rear so i would know to color the tail gate all red.
  5. beautiful
  6. Thanks everyone
  7. When I was in the process of finishing my first Demon I noticed they included the stripes and emblem for the Sizzler version of the car. To make it even better, Hart's Parts makes the correct hood scoop for the car. So, I knew I had to make another at some point. The Demon kit isn't a bad kit at all. In fact, it may be one of my favorite Round 2 kits. The hardest part is painting the grill. The rest of the kit goes together quite nice. 8. I got this kit mainly because I liked the look of it on the box art. Though I didn't know the hood gap would be that much. Makes for an odd looking truck. The kit isn't that bad, but it's not great either. It went together surprisingly well. Painting it was probably the hardest part. I still don't understand why there was no decal for the FORD on the back of the truck or why there are no inside walls for the truck bed. Makes it look kinda stupid. Still, it came out looking OK. 9. Love it. Good color choice
  10. Very Nice. Matches the one I did awhile back. They're great cars. One of the local dealerships had one for sale back around Christmas.
  11. Looks great for a model from 66.
  12. Very nice
  13. Found some DM cars at a local indoor flea market. They had some good stuff but the asking price was way high at over $100ea.
  14. Beautiful
  15. Nice work. What's funny is I was just at an indoor Flea Market that's next door to where I get my car serviced; they had two die cast 61 Impalas in there. Someone was also selling several pricey Danbury Mint cars.
  16. Looks great
