I agree with you. I love the style of them. You did a great job on yours. Love the blue. Does that kit not have a motor? Mike
  3. Wow! Very nice. I will have to get one of those! Great job on the flames. Mike
  4. Hey, nice build. I am doing a convert version for the Jairus build. Same color too! While I do think the first set has been over used, I like them better than the 2nd set. Maybe paint the spokes dark silver. Keep us posted. Mike
  5. Man, and I was hoping it was Cedarville Ohio. Mike
  6. Very nice! I am a fan of using parts from other cars of the same make. I think the hood is a good fit. Be sure to keep us posted. Mike
  7. Very nice and clean as usual! good job for a chevy. Mike
  8. OK, I love the little leaves and shiveled up fruit! Very cool! Mike
  9. Yes, and it is included with the yearly subscription. Not extra. Mike
  10. They are all pretty nice kits. I am glad to see they put the newer wheels in it. The only problem I have with it is that I like to build mine w/o bumpers. Doing so with this kit shows the inaccurate center panel on the rear. You can easily fix it by cutting from the body & gluing it onto the fenders. Really minor though. Mike
  11. Turned out great! I didn't know you built street rods! lol I really like the color. Mike
  12. Wow! that turned out great! Nice work. Mike
  13. Sorry, gonna have to go with "MODEL" on this one. But I have been wrong before. Mike
  14. You have a nice collection going on there. I have always been a fan of Lee Shepard's. I have a friend who is doing the newer version, with yellow on the bottom. Thanks for sharing. Mike
  15. Thanks for the update. Just curious, are you going to fill the area under the fron of the seats or are you going to finish cutting off the are under the seat like the one on the left has about 3/4 of the way done? Mike
  16. My dad has a 1/16 scale petty Pretty Charger stock car that is clear and I have some foreign kit of the old BMW M1 that was a race car (though they also made a street version as well). Mike
  17. Wow! I didn't realize you were this close to finishing. That turned out really nice! I really like that grill and tail lights. The only thing I could suggest is painting the area for the front plate black so it looks like an opening, even though it is not. Turned out great. I might be out your way some time, hopefully soon. Mike
  18. Glad to hear his daughter is OK. I will continue with the prayers for him. It may be a rough spot now, but it will get better. Mike
  19. Its nice to see one of those. I have an old Monogram one like that without a motor in it. Looks good in white too! Mike
  20. Wow, I think you just keep getting faster. Those Vette wheels look really good on there. Mike
  21. Turned out great! Good use of those Charger "RT" emblems. Great color combo. Really nice to see it done. Mike
  22. Happy Birthday Mark! I hope it was a good one. Mike
  23. Very nice!! I for one am glad you finished it! I think it turned out great. Sounds like you are glad its over now too. Mike
  24. Good stuff so far. I couldn't get mine done either, so I blended it with a 37 ford to make a different year. Got further, but still not done. So, I had to get another one to build. I do know they look good when done. Great job with the details so far. Mike
  25. I am really liking that color. Thanks for all the updates, though now I want to get mine out.lol Thanks for the updates. Mike
