  1. This one is finally done. Please ignore the glue smears, paint globs, and I'm sure a stray cat hair.
  2. Nice kit, all the problems (except the warped hood) were of my own making. I've decided I really don't like photo etch. It looks great, but my fat fingers can't work with it.
  3. Here are some shots of this. Looks like the owner has been a bit naughty, with an added 4v carb and dual exhausts
  4. Here's some more progress. It's done now
  5. I live on Mill Rd. directly across Emmett St. from Holley's. Every time I go past there I have to look to see what's new. When Barry was still running Holley's, he'd sometimes give me a little tour.
  6. I know where you took those pictures. They do get some interesting cars from time to time.
  7. I saw that too, of course after printing. Spelling isn't one of my strong points.
  8. Layout in MS Publisher, Testor's decal paper on an HP Officejet Pro 8610
  9. Thanks. This and the Colorado would be more interesting to me as 1/25
  10. How does this scale out? I'd be interested in it if it was really 1/25th scale. Length should be 9 1/8 inches or so.
  11. Mine is to build a replica of my 68 Dart 4 door sedan. The good news is that Revell supplies 80%. The bad news is the other 20%.
  12. How about these? https://scenesunltd.com/collections/tires/products/t56-town-country or FMR-103 from Fireballmodels.info Or even the old Suburbanite tires from any of the MPC Jeep reissues?
  13. Nice modeling buddy. I had one much like him that was the gentlest cat I have ever seen. I miss Doofus.
  14. Hi Dann, I don't know if you've these videos, but this guy is rebuilding a Muira. It's fun seeing all the bits and pieces. Tyrrell's Classic Workshop on youtube. Here's one video:
  15. I wish my 1mm pen tip had lasted longer than 15 minutes. The pen is now just a reservoir for the ink which I apply with a brush. I hope the 2mm lasts longer.
  16. Does the chicken pivot to tell you the wind direction?
  17. Much nicer looking than the 62 Dodge. I have a weakness for those early 60s Mopars. Yours looks great!
  18. I want to do the same for my first car, a 68 Dart 4 door sedan. The roof is totally different, but at least the 2 door and 4 door have the same wheelbase, so saving that step.
  19. Thanks for all the info. Learn something new every day.
  20. Sorry. The black and white that I find are their gloss paints. I've only found their primer in grey
  21. My pet peeve is when I see a builder state that he bought the magic doohickey part from "Joe". Who is "joe"? Please give a full name, a website, or some other way for us outsiders to track down "Joe"
