Glad to see you building again. My friend Stephanie saw you and Mrs. Eric out in the T a couple of weeks ago.

1970 Ford F100
heyjohnxx replied to Chuck Most's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
The Bronco tires need to be stretched onto the Moebius rims. That was my first thought before I got the T12 tires from Scenes Unlimited. I like skinny old school tires. -

Hi Chuck Nice job on this one (and the rest too!). I'm building this one also and I've got a couple of questions. One, did you take the lower body trim off and was there any problem with the thinness of the plastic? Two, any problems fitting the six in there? I'd rather do that for a base truck. Thanks -

Great work so far. I love Ted. -
How about a 427 cammer or a Boss 429? At least it would be a Ford. Following this like all your builds.

I picked up a set of the new Town & Country Mud/Snow tires to use on my F100 4x4. Nice and skinny and scale out at about 31". T12 is the product number and they fit prefectly on the Moebius wheels once you take off the nubs.

Does Page Resin have a website or some sort of contact info? I love these big barges.

Well done kits. I love the Bronco. Which tire/wheel set did you use?

What did you see on the road today?
heyjohnxx replied to Harry P.'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
No pictures, but outside Richland MI on M89, a Ferrari 599(in dark silver) and a green Lotus Elise. The Ferrari was fueling up at Slims Gas and Crawlers. -
Interesting, the few Cobra kits from US manufactures
heyjohnxx replied to Greg Myers's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
How is the Lindberg Cobra coupe? I think I have one in storage. I know I've got the Gunze kit and I really don't like the vinyl pieces. -
70s MPC Dodge Pick-up. I like the 2WD long bed the best, but I've built short beds, 4WD, etc. I've got one with a trashed bed that is destined for a 2WD long bed Utiline with a 225, steelies, and monotone paint.

How about this guy from "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka". You would need to source the platform shoes with the goldfish swimming in the heels.

I like the simple, clean look. Inspiration can come from anywhere.

I like the Mother-In-Law seat in the back. Nice looking build.
