  2. I was sure I had posted in here but i guess i forgot. some of these are no longer in one piece or have become parts donors. and some are still in progress Model A coupe 32 coupe (managed to get the valve covers upside down) 32 roadster 36 coupe 37 sedan/53 vette 71 cuda 78 firebird 86 monte carlo I recently traded all my johans for mongram kits so I'll have more at some point (i decided to limit myself to 1/24 scale due to running out of space). I've also been gethering the flat box hot rod kits and have been quite sucessful at finding minters for built up prices
  3. allowed to grow unmanaged, forests become much healthier and less prone to erosion
  4. i thought it was restored for the last version. guess i was wrong. its one of my fav bits in the kit and i have loads of builds i could use them on. I'm going to have to learn to cast them i guess
  5. For those of you interested in vintage lemans cars there is currently a pair of jaguar race cars cast in metal. Not cheap but these dont show up very often even on this side of the pond
  6. my packages seem to evaporate when they go through chicago, but only going into the usa, the ones leaving just get held up for 6 weeks
  7. a member kalled kpnuts has done the fabric covering on his bentley. It was a 3 or 4 years back and i think theres a build thread for it. I cant remember what fabric he used but i'm sure it will say in the thread, possibly it would be book binding leather as its pretty thin and has a little stretch in it
  8. I was just repying to Matt, but thats good to know, I wish hobby lobby or ollies would mail to scotland though
  9. the replacement resin feeder for my printer arrived today. great service from anycubic and no problem getting the replacement part. now i can do bigger prints again without having to get up in the middle of the night to refill the tank. they even included another full set of the tools that come with the printer
  10. that looks like a japanese import, the bumper and fenders are for sure as the euro and us versions had fog lights instead of air vents. it might shock you how much those bumpers cost now
  11. Theres a 3d printed chassis for the 67/8/9 chevy to build it pro street. It might be an option that would work on the dodge with a little tweaking being they are both the same general length and body shape. But I would say to try building your own first, you'll get more satisfaction from it and its a great way to push your skills. If it doesn't work out its no big loss but you will see as your working on it where you need to alter parts. As a friend says, it only plastic and it can be reused for other things so its not a waste. What I've done is draw out the bottom of the chassis on paper, then i use that as my template. It is helpful to have your suspension when you build too, nothing is more irritating than building the chassis and finding out your suspension parts have nothing to mount to, or the wheels wont fit under the arches.
  12. and after all the hollerin proceed to spend 3 times as much on aftermaket parts for it
  13. dont give up yet, i can print you a chassis designed by meatman who is a member here and has some files free on cults. If you know the length and width you need i can print it to those sizes. you'd still need suspension and all the rest. its a show rod chassis but it should work for you
  14. you could put a small bit of rod on the back and make them removable for the best of both worlds
  15. i mixed it up with the honcho kit, but if you ask dimitry he'd probably be happy to do his body in 1/25. He did a some custom wheels for me a couple of years ago and it was just as quick as ordering from stock
  16. are any astronomy pics even under 500k? all the ones I've seen look like they would be far bigger
  17. I took my nieces out for a walk to see some dolphins and we ended up getting a unplanned trip to see orcas as well thanks to a kind man in a boat. It mad my nieces holiday even better for them as we normally only see seals
