I cannot wait to get a few of these. One must have an AMT NASCAR 351, and another will have a supercharged something (Ford of course) Possibly a third as a road racer

Model T's came in any color you wanted as long as it was black. Funny that Round 2 molded it in black.

revell 4Q2016 Release Annoucement

Pretty sure we will see it soon. -
Still looks a bit flat on the roof, not a deal breaker though. The custom is chopped, so the roof changes a little, but stock "arch" shouldn't

Round 2 is gonna put me in the poorhouse

Still looks flat above the middle of the door to me. I'll wait to see some more built up. Seems the rear bumper is out to far, but that's easy.

66 & 67 did not have marker lights, 68 & 69 they are mounted low, 70 and up mounted higher. (yes, ones on blue truck are upside down) 72 had an argent grill on the Ranger trim versions, in 76 there was a special decor group with a flat black grill. -

Not to me. Looks decent though. Body from the chrome to top of the door looks to thick (maybe the door handle is in the wrong place) and as with many other Revell kits, the body seems to flat. The sides of those Broncos are not flat but have a gentle roll and the rockers roll under. The kit would be a 70-76 model by the side marker light location -
Looks better than the box art for sure! Great job
-
The roof looks flat like the 50 Merc, windshield looks curved without a peak in the center, and the 1/4 windows look flush or almost flush. Can't Revell get at least the bodies correct. I am tired of fixing things. Til I see an actual built one I am passing.

I agree 100%

I appreciate the "get it right" attitude rather than the "good enough" of some other new tools -
What did you see on the road today?

Wonder what's next from Round2 AMT ?
Sledsel replied to Greg Myers's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I expect the Lil Red Express truck, 57 Fairlane, Wild Hoss Bronco, Wildcat and Cougar Funny car from AMT. The Flip nose 57 Chevy, Chevy Monza and Slingshot Fiat dragster These are merely guesses based on previously released kits -
I am liking it so far. The Desoto grill would be good if the teeth were installed straight. Try an AMT 56 Ford front bumper. The Chevy bumper just looks to big and clunky.

Looking great. I like this kit, but the tires are to narrow..... IMO

I like it.... a lot! Not overdone, just a cool custom Merc.

Kinda has a camo look to it -
That is odd... never noticed it on the kit I had, but it has been traded off, therefore, I am no real help
