  1. Trim piece that fell off my Thunderbird.
  2. Someone stepped up and got my part....
  3. Just cut a round hole in the hood of the 69, the rear louvers almost fit the 69. a little sanding on the edge of the louvers and a little on the opening, they will fit
  4. Cats and kits.... who'd have thunk it
  5. I am keeping it simple.... 1972 and 73 Montego GT
  6. Mine bring "gifts" all the time.... Funniest was she brought a mouse inside (usually they are by the door) Sat it at my feet and it took off! Was mayhem!!!! They got it tho
  7. I had nose prints in the paint..... once a paw mark. I now have a cupboard that keeps my things safe while they dry. Must be a cat thing... for all cats!
  8. That is great you took her in Carl....
  9. Good to hear that I am not the only one with this issue. All of them sure have personalities. Carl, Penelope is a sweetheart, she was dumped off by some a**hole (I live in the country) prolly cuz she was pregnant. I took her in. She lost all her kittens and tore the house apart looking for them. After, the kids let her out and bam, pregnant again. Had a litter of one, and she is still with us. She likes to take the sprues, so when I empty one, I let her have it.
  10. Part of the reason is my kit contents. At least she is not stealing tires... her normal way to bother me.
  11. Use this and a 70 donor kit. Get the corrected resin front end tho.
  12. Make the wheels centers metallic gray or black. Do not remove the drip moldings, use black bmf on the drip molding and front and rear window trim, just the molding at the top of the door and around the quarter glass. That is the one I was speaking of before. Keep going, it is looking good.
  13. Reason I ask, I found a tough to find car at the Pull -a-Part in Nashville and need a small part from it. Of course, they do not pull parts and I am hoping maybe someone can for me. Will gladly pay for your time.
  14. Looking good. Seats look great in there. Nice wheel choice, Size fits the car well. I think I would remove the pans and mold in the bumpers to keep the shape of the bumper and be able to tuck them in more like the rendering. That and the front looks a little to boxy with that bumper box pushed out at the bottom. You may want to consider removing the chrome trim at the top of the door and around the quarter glass because Revell made it way to thick and it makes the side window opening look too small. These are merely suggestions/opinions
  15. I want a few to set aside as slump busters and at least one to do a Pro Touring type build. Nascar Taurus chassis, some modified interior pieces from maybe a Mustang or 80's T'Bird, twin turbo Nascar 355 or the supercharged 4.6 from a Stallion kit.... Yea, I see it. That is a good looking car When dressed to look like a 2 door. Aftermarket decals for sure
  16. Anybody have pics of a built up 71 Galaxie? I really want one to do a replica of my 71 Custom 500 but for the money, I want to be sure of what I am receiving. A 2 door 78 would be great.
  17. The Dodge Daytona would be nice to see again. Could build a nice pro street with it (and the EXP) MPC did a Silverado, Possibly same as the AMT.
  18. You sure about 2 and 3? They were available at the same time, so maybe one of them was retooled?
  19. After sitting a long time after use, it will gel also. A little hot water and shake or stir it up brings it back to life
  20. Some from the Gila monster....
  21. I remember seeing all those promos in that movie. There was a scene in the 70's Superman movie where I saw the Revell 32 Roadster sitting on the side of the road along with a few Vettes and a Jag
